基于网络的齿轮润滑油监测数据综合处理系统

【摘要】 长期以来,人们为了能及时了解设备运行状态和油液理化性能,一直在关注对设备状态和油品性能的监控,也做出很多研究和探索。如振动监测技术、噪声监测技术、温度监测技术、油液分析技术、声发射技术和无损监测技术等。其中油液分析技术较好地适用于液体或半液体状态下运行的设备状态监测分析,是一项很重要的分析技术。齿轮润滑油液监测技术是近年来对齿轮进行监测与诊断的技术之一。油液监测的方法很多,如光谱油料分析法、红外光谱分析法、颗粒计数法、油品理化分析法等。通过这些方法所获得的数据能够从一方面或多方面反映油品的性能和磨粒的特性,从而得到设备故障信息。齿轮油液监测所获得的数据来源分散、数据量大且具有时间性,同时监测得到的油品分析数据与信息越来越多,油液监测知识也越来越复杂,给油液监测技术的实施带来了困难。同时在油液监测技术分析过程中,常常需要对各类数据进行分析计算,统计汇总,绘制趋势图及打印报表,而这些重复性的事务工作占用了油液监测操作人员的大量时间。油液监测技术存在着数据种类繁多、事务处理工作量大和分析速度受制于数据处理的特点,而基于计算机的数据处理技术日趋完善大大提高了油液监测的自动化程度和工作效率。因此,开展网络技术在油液监测中的应用研究,为油液监测技术设计一套使用方便的监测数据库及管理系统,是十分必要的开发研究工作。 本文以上述为研究目的,利用当前先进的计算机技术、网络技术、数据库技术和动态网页技术,探讨了基于网络的齿轮润滑监测数据处理系统。作为重庆大学机械传动国家重点实验室访问学者基金项目和湖南省设备健康维护省重点实验室开放基金资助项目“网络技术在齿轮润滑监测数据综合与处理中的应用”的一个部分,本论文的目的是建立一个以数据库服务器为核心,现代化网络通信技术为依托的齿轮润滑油监测数据处理系统,并对该系统的实现方法进行了一些研究。利用SQL Server数据库服务器建立了油液监测中央数据库,对油液监测实验数据以及油品分析标准等进行有效地管理,包括数据检索、数据录入(包括对数据进行过滤,分类)、数据分析、判定程序以及判定结果的图形化输出等功能。以ASP为
【Abstract】 For a long time, people are always paying attention to monitoring of equipment status in iron and steel industry, automobile manufacturing, shipping, firepower in order to know about the equipment operation status and oil quality. And they did a lot of research, such as vibration, yawp, temperature, oil, sound emission and lossless detection technology and so on. Among of these, oil monitoring analysis technology is an important one, which is fit for analysis of equipment status in liquid or semi-liquid condition.Oil monitoring is one of monitoring and diagnosis technology used widely in gear. There are several kinds of oil monitoring, for example: infrared spectrum analysis, oil spectrum analysis, contamination analysis, oil physical chemistry analysis and so on. The acquired data by the above methods can reflect oil performance and characteristic of particles, and be further analyzed to the faults in a monitoring machine. The data from oil sample analysis tests is numerous and data type is also different, which bring difficulties for the implementation of oil monitoring technology. It is necessary to analyse and calculate for different data, but in the analysis process of oil monitoring data technicians spend considerable time doing repetitive job. Although oil monitoring technologies have some difficulties such as various type data and the analysis speed being restrained by the data processing, computer-based data processing techniques greatly enhance the degree of automation and the work efficiency for oil monitoring. Therefore, it is extremely essential research work to design a set of monitor database and management system by application of network technology.Taking above-mentioned as a goal, this research used the advanced technology such as computer, network and active server page to study the gear lubrication monitoring data processing system based on network. As a part of the visiting scholars fund projects of Chongqing university national key laboratory of mechanical drive and the open fund project of Hunan provincial key laboratory of equipment health maintenance, the purpose of this paper is to establish the gear lubrication monitoring data processing system based on the database server and the modernized network communication technology, and gives some research for realization method of this system.
