HRB400级钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能研究

【摘要】 HRB400级钢筋具有强度价格比高、质量稳定、机械、焊接、抗震性能良好等优点,目前已被正式列入国家相关规范标准,要求在建筑结构中大力推广,使之成为我国混凝土结构的主导钢筋。但是HRB400级钢筋作为主要受力钢筋时,构件在正常使用阶段的裂缝宽度以及挠度等性能研究还缺乏试验依据,因此,有必要对HRB400级钢筋作为主要受力钢筋构件的裂缝宽度、挠度等性能进行研究。 本文进行了7根HRB400级和2根HRB335级对称集中荷载作用下钢筋混凝土矩形截面梁抗弯性能试验。对HRB400级钢筋混凝土梁的极限承载力试验值与现行规范公式计算值进行了比较;分析了相同承载力下的HRB400级钢筋混凝土梁与HRB335级钢筋混凝土梁在正常使用阶段的裂缝宽度差异;讨论了正常使用极限状态下,HRB400级钢筋混凝土梁的裂缝宽度和挠度能否满足规范限值要求。分析了钢筋直径与有效配筋率的比值和保护层厚度对HRB400级钢筋混凝土构件的平均裂缝间距的影响,并将试验结果与现行规范的计算结果进行对比,结合我国现行的相关规范,建议了HRB400级钢筋混凝土梁的平均裂缝间距和最大裂缝宽度计算公式。 本文在试验基础上,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟试验过程,对试验梁进行了非线性有限元分析,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了分析比较。

【Abstract】 HRB400 steel bars is characterized by high ratio between strength and price, stable quality, good welding quality and ductility. At present ,it has been listed in revised newly code for design. It must be widely used as leading steel bar in reinforced concrete structure of china. But the sudy in the crack width and deflection of HRB400 Reinforced Concrete Members under the state of service ability is deficiency. So it is necessary to make a research about these aspects.Based on the experiment of 7 HRB400 Reinforced Concrete Beams and 2 HRB335 Reinforced Concrete Beams, the testing results and calculation results using the code formula of bearing capacity of the HRB400 Reinforced Concrete Beams are compared. The difference of crack width under the state of service ability of the HRB400 steel bars reinforced concrete beams and the HRB335 steel bars reinforced concrete beams with the same bearing capacity is analyzed. Whether the HRB400 steel bars reinforced concrete beams can be met the limit of the maximum crack width and the limit of deflection is discussed. According to the test of 9 beams, the influence of the ratio of bar diameter and the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and convering layer on mean crack internal of the HRB400 steel bars reinforced concrete beams is studied. The testing results is compared with calculation results using the code formula. Based on the different code formulas and experiment data, this paper suggests a formula that can calculate crack width and average crack interval of HRB400 steel bars reinforced concrete beams.This paper found finite element model to stimulate the testing process. This paper also compares the testing results with finite element analysis results.
