黑龙江企业债券个案研究

【摘要】 西方国家企业债券市场已发展得很成熟，但我国的企业债券市场却存在诸多缺陷，如何推进其发展迫在眉睫。我国企业债券在深化改革、加快发展的进程中，亟待解决政府债券与公司债券的分离、债券监管体制改革、完善企业破产制度、建立债券市场信息披露制度等重大问题。黑龙江省在东北具有一定的代表性，黑龙江企业要想在竞争激烈的环境中生存和发展，关键是资金的解决，因此如何利用好企业债券这个融资手段是我省企业首要考虑的因素。文章试图从中国企业债券分析入手，对我国企业债券的整体情况作了细致的剖析，并结合黑龙江省企业债券的情况，分析我省目前企业债券市场存在的问题，提出了我省企业债券发展的建议，从而为我省的经济发展做出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bond markets of enterprises of western countries have already developed very riply, but bond market of enterprise of our country has a great deal of defects , how to advance the development of it extremely urgently. The corporate bond of our country is in in-depth reform, in the process of accelerating development, separation of government bond demanding prompt solution and company’s bond , bond supervise system reform , improve enterprise bankrupt system , set up bond market information announcing system important issue. Heilongjiang Province has certain representativeness in the Northeast, the enterprises of Heilongjiang want to survive and develop in the highly competitive environment, the more important thing is the settlement of the fund, it is factors that the enterprise of our province consider primarily so how to make good use of this financing means of the corporate bond. Article attempt, analyze, start with from Chinese corporate bond, make careful analysis to of our country global situation of corporate bond, combine the situation of the corporate bond of Heilongjiang Province, analyze the existing problem of bond market of enterprises at present in our province, have proposed the suggestion of corporate bond development of our province, thus make a contribution to economic development of our province.更多还原
