中小型高科技企业知识管理战略模式与绩效评价研究

【摘要】 在知识经济时代,知识已经成为企业的一种重要战略资源。企业知识管理是运用集体智慧提高组织的应变和创新能力,实现知识的资本化,提高组织核心竞争力,增强企业竞争优势的管理战略。在科技兴国重要战略方针的指引下,我国高科技企业蓬勃发展,中小型高科技企业作为高科技企业的雏形,在国家经济和科技发展中占有重要地位和作用。然而,中小型高科技企业在发展过程中存在诸多问题,影响了企业的成长。由于知识密集和技术创新是高科技企业的重要特征,这就引发了我们对知识管理战略应用于中小型高科技企业以提高企业核心竞争力和竞争优势问题的探讨。本文通过对知识管理相关理论的综述,明确了知识的概念,阐述了知识管理完整内涵。通过对中小型高科技企业的发展历程以及现存问题的研究,探讨了中小型高科技企业应用知识管理战略促进其发展的必要性。根据中小型高科技企业的特点和依据传统战略制定方法,分析总结出适合中小型高科技企业发展的知识管理战略模式,并在此基础上提出应用知识地图、知识库、知识社区等措施进行知识管理的具体方法。本文最后应用三角模糊数理论构建了中小型高科技企业知识管理战略绩效评价指标体系和评价模型,并以实例证明该模型具有一定的实用性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge is an important strategic resource of enterprise in knowledge economy age. Enterprise knowledge management is a series of management strategies of using unit wisdom. It aims at improving strain capacity, innovation ability and core competitiveness, realizing knowledge capitalization, strengthening competitive edge of enterprise.In the direction of the important strategy“building the nation with science and technology”, hi-tech enterprise is in full flourish. Middle and small-sized enterprises play the important role in the development of economy and technology as the rudiment of hi-tech. However, there are many problems in the developing process which blocked their growth. Knowledge denseness and technology innovation are two important characters, so it leads us to the discussion of applying knowledge management strategy to middle and small-sized enterprises to improving core competitiveness and competitive edge.In this essay, I gave a clear definition for knowledge and stated the complete intension meaning of knowledge management by comprehensive statement of correlative theories about knowledge management. I discussed the necessity for middle and small-sized hi-tech enterprises to applying knowledge management strategy to accelerate their development , by the research about their developing process and problems. According to the characters of middle and small-sized enterprises and the tradition in which we contribute schemes, I analyzed out the knowledge management suitable for middle and small-sized enterprises. In this base, I advanced some material means for knowledge management, such as applying knowledge map, knowledge base and knowledge community, etc. At the end of this essay, I constructed a performance evaluation index system and evaluation model which is proved to be practical and easy-operated by real example.更多还原
