梁的振动主动控制技术研究

【摘要】 振动控制的任务就是通过一定的手段使受控对象的振动水平满足人们的预定要求。振动主动控制是指在振动控制过程中,应用一定的控制策略经过实时计算,通过驱动作动器达到抑制或消除振动的目的。而控制策略即控制律设计方法的研究是整个振动主动控制领域中的一个很重要的方面。 简支梁是工程领域常见和常用的一种结构。本文以简支梁为研究对象,对简支梁做了振动理论分析,包括梁的弯曲变形和梁的强迫振动。同时对简支梁进行了实验模态分析,得出简支梁的固有频率和固有振型。模态分析方法是把复杂的实际结构简化成模态模型,进行系统参数识别,从而大大地简化了系统的数学运算。梁的振动主动控制包括抑制梁的振动,或者使梁按照要求振动这两种情况。 本文分别采用模态控制法和神经网络控制法对简支梁进行振动控制。模态控制法将无限自由度系统的振动控制转化为在模态空间内对少数几个模态的振动控制。本文研究利用模态控制算法对梁进行振动控制,并进行了计算机仿真和实验验证。神经网络能够充分逼近任意复杂的非线性系统,本文研究了将基于神经网络的模型参考控制方法应用于简支梁的振动控制,并进行了计算机仿真。

【Abstract】 The mission of the vibration control is to make the level of vibration be subjected to a certain means through controlling the object to satisfy the request of people.The active vibration control means that during the process of vibration control, applying the certain control strategy and calculating in real time, then passing the results to actuator to restrain or remove the vibration. The research of the control law is a very important aspect of the active vibration control.The beam is a kind of structure which is familiar to us. It is a system with multi degrees of freedom. And it was taken as the studying object in this paper. The vibration of the beam was analyzed, which includes the flections and forced vibration of the beam. At the same time the experiment was carried on to the simply supported beam, the natural frequencies and natural mode shapes were gotten. The method of modal analysis is to simplify the complicated actual structure model to be modal model, to carry on the parameter identification of the system, in order to simplify the mathematics operation of the system. The active vibration control of beam includes repressing the vibration or to make it vibrate according to the request.Two kinds of vibration control methods were adopted in this paper, which are modal control and neural network control. The method of modal control is to convert the vibration control system from infinite Degrees of Freedom system to controlling some modes in the modal space, it means controlling the modes.
