机场导航台天线杆结构设计与动力学分析

【摘要】 天线系统主要是用于车载、地面无线电通讯、导航和测控等系统中的信息接收与发送的设备。天线杆是天线系统中支撑和架高天线设备的核心部件。随着微波通信、无线电测控设备的发展,需要各种高度和负载能力的天线杆来支承天线设备,通常天线杆结构是根据负载、抗风能力等来设计的。其内径、外径等结构尺寸是根据安装位置空间的大小或根据经验来确定。 在天线杆结构设计不仅要满足常规设计所具有的强度,刚度和使用寿命,而且从可靠性和安全性考虑,在结构设计中应使天线杆在强度,刚度及使用寿命上具有较大的裕度。改进天线结构设计方法,并对其进行动力分析将有利于提高天线设备的性能、延长天线设备使用寿命和增加其安全性。 本文根据机场导航台天线杆设备的安装位置、天线高度要求、天线的电性能和机场环境等确定条件,设计了底部采用球形支承座、并由拉索进行曲稳固的天线杆结构,对天线杆结构进行了详细分析比较及动力学分析,选择了最优化的方案。在材料选择上根据该天线杆将置于空气湿热、且盐分含量高的沿海恶劣环境,决定采用了机械强度较高,抗腐蚀性能优于铝合金、镀铬锌合金的不锈钢材料(4Cr13),以保证其抗腐蚀寿命。拉索选用φ6mm镀锌钢丝绳制成。动力学分析包括静载荷作用下的强度、刚度计算,在台风冲击下的动载荷强度、刚度计算,地震与温度变化对天线杆的强度、刚度的影响分析,最后完成了在台风循环冲击荷载作用下,天线杆使用寿命的计算。 该课题的设计思想与方法将对类似的带拉索的杆系结构设计与动力学分析具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

【Abstract】 The antenna system mainly is used in vehicle loading system and wireless communication on the ground, navigation and observation and controlling system, is the equipment that receives and transmites informations . The antenna iron is the core part that supports and elevates the antenna equipment. Along with the development of the microwave communication, the radio observation and control equipment,it needs each kind of altitude and loading capacity antenna iron to supporte antenna system , the usual antenna iron is designed by the loading , the wind resistant ability and so on. Its structuralism size of inside diameter, and the outer diameter is determined by the size of installing position space or the experiences.The structural designs not only needs to satisfy the intensity, the rigidity and the service life which the conventional designs have, but also considered from the reliability and the security. The antenna iron should have a big remainder at the intensity, the rigidity and the service life in the structural design. The improvement of antenna structure design method and the mechanical analysis to it is advantageous to enhances the performance of the antenna equipment, lengthens the service life and increases its security.This article design the antenna that be supported by sphere foundation and stabled by the rope according to locating of the antenna on the airport directional beacon and antenna height request, antenna electricity performance and airport equipment and so on.It has carried on the analysis comparison on the structure and dynamics analysis, and has chosen the optimized plan. Because this antenna iron is in hot and damp air and coast, so we decided used stainless steel material(4Cr13)that it has high mechanical strength and the corrosion resistance performance surpassed the aluminum, the rope selects φ 6mm galvanized wire rope.
