气动技术应用于稳定平台系统相关问题的研究

【摘要】 稳定平台是实现隔离载体运动和姿态变化影响而始终保持水平(相对大地稳定)功能的稳定装置,在舰载飞机灯光引导系统中起到非常重要的作用。本论文从所研究的舰载机灯光引导系统二自由度气动—电机稳定平台整体考虑,对各个部分进行了研究和探讨,并通过这些研究讨论气动技术应用于稳定平台系统的可行性、可控性等相关问题。下面是本论文的一些主要内容: 首先,根据系统的性能指标,对稳定平台进行了机械本体的工程设计,并对其进行了位置和力学分析。另外对二自由度稳定平台进行了轨迹规划和生成,推算出平台的运动参数。 其次,根据平台的运动指标,选取了气源设备、气缸、气动伺服阀、步进电机和位移传感器等元件型号,绘制了平台气动系统的原理图。并建立了气缸和高速开关阀的数学模型,得出气动驱动系统的数学模型。 第三,设计了利用研华工控机和其功能板卡的集中控制硬件系统。采用C++软件平台编制了控制程序和控制界面,实现了纵摇和横摇的定点运动和跟踪外部信号的周期运动。 最后,对系统进行了可行性和可控性实验,整理分析了各类实验数据,并对本文提出的稳定平台系统,特别是气动技术应用于稳定平台系统的相关问题进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 Stabilized platform is a kind of stabilizing equipment which is used to remain horizontal when the carrier is moving or rotating. Stabilized platform is very important to light guide system for carrier plane. This dissertation mainly studies on the two-degree of freedom stabilized platform which is driven by pneumatic actuator and electromotor, discusses each part of the stabilized platform and analyzes the applying possibility and controllability when stabilized platform is driven by pneumatic actuator and electromotor. The main idea of the dissertation is as follows:Firstly, according to performance figure, the stabilized platform is designed and its moving position and mechanics characteristic is analyzed. Then parameter of motion is calculated after confirming the kinetic track of the two-degree of freedom stabilized platform.Secondly, air compressor, air cylinder, pneumatic servo valve, step motor and displacement transducer are selected according to kinetic parameters. Schematic diagram of the pneumatic system for stabilized platform is drawn. The mathematical model of air cylinder and high-speed switch valve is built and also the pneumatic driving system mathematical model is given.Thirdly, Yan hua industrial control computer and its related functional cards are used to control the stabilized platform, control program and control interface are programmed by using Microsoft VC++ and the stabilized platform can realize pitch and roll motion and do periodic motion according inputted signals.At last, possibility and controllability test is performed to platform system, test figures are analyzed and problems about applying pneumatic technology to stabilized platform and its related problems
