基于CAN总线的分布式发动机控制系统设计

【摘要】 现场总线控制技术是当今自动化领域的热点之一,被称为自动化领域的计算机局域网。随着现场总线技术的不断发展,它已经成功的在工业控制、交通运输、自动化仪表、机器人、数控机床、医疗设备等领域获得广泛应用,并带领自动化系统逐步进入现场总线控制系统时代。在这种技术潮流下,本文将现场总线控制技术引入斯特林发动机控制系统设计,设计了基于CAN总线的分布式发动机控制系统,提高了系统技术水平。 本文分析了现场总线控制系统的特点,简述了现场总线的发展概况,对CAN总线的技术特点进行了深入的介绍。在这些基础之上,详细阐述了基于CAN总线的分布式发动机控制系统的设计实现。在包括模拟量I/O节点、开关量I/O节点和主控制器节点的嵌入式硬件设计中,对MCU选型、热电偶信号调理、光电隔离等关键实现细节进行了详细描述,充分考虑了实际应用中的电磁兼容、环境适应等问题,使得设计基本达到实用水平。软件开发引入嵌入式实时操作系统,详细介绍了操作系统的移植,以及基于嵌入式实时操作系统(RTOS)的总线节点软件开发和CANopen通讯协议的应用。 本文设计的总线型分布式发动机控制系统已经成功通过了配机试验,展示了现场总线控制技术的先进性,将具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The fieldbus is the focus technology in 21th century that named as local network in automation fields . The fieldbus have been used in many fields , example industry control, transportation , robotic , digital machine , and so on . The automation system has goes into fieldbus control system . Based on the background of fieldbus , this paper introduce the fieldbus technology into design of Stirling engine control system . The distributed control system CAN based of Stirling engine has been designed . Better performances can be attained.In this paper, introduced the fieldbus technology at first, then explain the CANbus work principles . Based on these discuss , introduced the design of distributed control system CAN based of Stirling engine , including the design of hardware and the software based on real time operating system and CANopen protocol.This design has been produced , take long time experiment with Stirling engine . Experimental results show this design is correct and effective .
