【摘要】 列车运行监控记录装置通过实时检测、记录列车运行过程中的各种状态信息，准确控制列车的运行，是保障行车安全的重要装置。在各种记录数据中，视频数据最能够直观、真实地再现当时的实际情况。列车监控视频记录系统实时记录驾驶室的实际情况以及列车前方路况，通过地面回放设备的回放，实现列车事故前的图像重现，找到事故原因。基于此目的，本文对列车运行监控记录装置的一个重要组成部分——视频采集压缩系统进行了研究和设计。 本文详细论述了以TMS320DM642 DSP为核心的MPEG-4视频采集压缩系统的硬件组成和软件实现，着重叙述了该系统在VxWorks操作系统下的驱动开发流程，以及运用各种方法对MPEG-4编码程序代码进行优化的方法。 本文首先介绍了MPEG-4编码的原理；接着介绍嵌入式操作系统VxWorks以及VxWorks下设备的驱动程序开发；然后从硬件结构方面进行分析，分别对系统总体、系统前端视频A／D芯片和编码芯片以及PCI总线进行介绍；然后叙述MPEG-4编码软件的实现和DSP软件优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Train’s monitoring and recording device in running can control train’s running accurately by sampling and recording various message of the train in time .It is the important device of protecting train’s security.In all recorded data,video is the most veritably and directly when reappearing the fact of the time. The video capture system of the device can record the fact of the load and the cab in time.When accident happened ,the reason will be found out with video reappearance device.Base on the purpose,this thesis introduces the study and design of the video capture and compression system which is one of the important part of the train’s monitoring and recording device.This thesis illustrates the design of MPEG-4 video capture and compression system based on TMS320DM642 DSP. It particulary introduces the process of driver development in VxWorks, and all kinds of techniques to optimize the MPEG-4 program.Firstly, this thesis introduces the theory of MPEG-4 encorde.Then it introduces the embedded operate system VxWorks and the common developing flow of device driver under the VxWorks.Then it analysis the hardware of the system and introduces the system as a whole,the video A/D chip,the video encode chip and the PCI bus.
