直燃型吸收式制冷机在空调系统中的仿真计算

【摘要】 空调系统是水面舰艇以及水下潜艇的必备设施,它能保证人类居住的微气候条件和各类舱室所要求的空气介质参数。在夏季,当潜艇在岸边停靠时,舱室内有余湿和大量的余热需要排出,在岸上必须增设一套空调系统。本论文采用直燃型溴化锂吸收式制冷机制取冷量来作为空调系统的冷源。这种制冷机使用对臭氧层无破坏作用、无温室效应的工质对,同时能节省电力,可缓解城市夏季用电的紧张局面,对城市季节用电的平衡起到积极作用。因此发展和研究吸收式直燃机对能源的合理利用有着非常重要的实际意义。 直燃型溴化锂吸收式制冷机中包含了复杂的热质传递过程,计算机仿真技术是了解其间参数关系的有效手段之一。本论文主要以该制冷机为研究对象,分析其运行特性以及传热规律,建立相应的数学模型,再现空调系统中的热力过程,然后分别研究制冷机和空调系统的外界参数的变化,并建立起空调系统与制冷机的耦合模型,运用Matlab程序语言编写了制冷机的设计程序、制冷机的变工况程序和空调系统的变工况程序等仿真程序。分析其计算结果,可对制冷机组的运行性能进行定量评价,从而为机组的优化设计和运行控制提供依据,实现参数的合理匹配和能源的节约利用。

【Abstract】 Air-conditioning system is necessary to marine both above and below the water, because it can ensure the microclimate conditions for people to live and the air parameters for all sorts of chambers. When a submarine stops by the bank in summer, much unwanted humidity and heat needs to discharge so that a set of air-conditioning system is required. In this dissertation, a direct-fired lithium bromide absorption refrigerator is chosen to be as the cold source. This kind of refrigerator adopts a working pair which has no ozone depletion effect or global warming effect. It also can save electric power and release the tense situation of electricity using in cities and a positive action on balancing electricity using for seasons will be obtained. So developing and researching on absorption refrigerator makes important and actual sense to make use of energy reasonably.In this direct-fired lithium bromide absorption refrigerator, complicated processes of heat and mass transfer are involved. Computer simulation technique is one effective way to find out the relationships of the parameters in it. This dissertation researched on this kind of refrigerator, analyzed its running characteristics and heat transfer rules, built mathematical models and represented the thermodynamic processes, then discussed variation of external parameters of the refrigerator and the air-conditioning system, set up the coupling models between them. After that, by using Matlab programming language, three main simulation programs were written: refrigerator designing program, refrigerator operating under variable conditions program, and air-conditioning system operating under variable conditions program. The operating performance could be analyzed quantitatively by the results, which can provide bases for optimization designing and operating so as to match the parameters reasonably and save the energy.
