杂环交叉共轭聚合物的氧化法合成与性质研究

Synthesis and Property Study of Alternating Conjugated Polymers Constituted of Varieties of Aromatic Rings and Heterocycle by Using Oxidative Polymerization Method

【摘要】 在查阅大量文献和综合前人所作工作的基础上,我们选择卤代芳烃与Sn金属有机试剂在Pd催化下合成了以萘基喹喔啉和菲基喹喔啉为主的一系列噻吩与杂环构成的交叉共轭化合物。采用电化学方法与固相法制得了相应的共轭聚合物,并对以上聚合物的电化学氧化-还原性能,红外光谱,紫外-可见吸收光谱,荧光光谱等基本性能进行了表征,并对其反应条件做了初步的探讨,其中固相聚合法是首次应用于该类化合物的合成。此外,我们还采用电化学法制得了吡咯与联苯胺类衍生物的共聚物,初步探讨了其反应条件并研究了其光谱学和电化学性质,对该类化合物的改性研究作了有益的尝试。主要的研究成果如下:(1)采用Pd(0)催化偶合方法,分别合成了含有噻吩环与萘基喹喔啉、菲基喹喔啉、哒嗪、苯并噻二唑、苯等构成的杂环交叉共轭化合物。并通过红外谱,核磁共振光谱,元素分析等表征手段对目标化合物进行了确认。(2)在四氟硼酸四乙胺乙腈体系中进行了5,8-二噻基-菲基喹喔啉)、(5,8-二噻基-萘菲基喹喔啉)、(3,6-二噻基-哒嗪)、(1,4-二噻基-苯)与(4,7-二噻基-2,1,3-苯并噻二唑)电化学聚合,所得聚合物膜具有良好的电化学活性及稳定性。其中聚(5,8-二噻基-菲基喹喔啉)、聚(1,4-二噻基-苯)与聚(4,7-二噻基-2,1,3-苯并噻二唑)分别在602nm、488nm和599nm处有较强的荧光。(3)采用三氯化铁作为氧化剂,首次利用固相聚合法合成出了聚5,8-二噻基-菲基喹喔啉、聚5,8-二噻基-萘基喹喔啉、聚(3,6-二噻基-哒嗪)、聚(1,4-二噻基-苯)与聚(4,7-二噻基-2,1,3-苯并噻二唑),利用红外光谱,紫外-可见光光谱对所得聚合物进行表征发现,固相聚合与电化学聚合所得产物的峰形类似,循环伏安测定表明二者的掺杂态具有相近的稳定性。(4)首次采用电化学方法,在高氯酸锂与高氯酸溶液体系中合成了吡咯与联苯二

【Abstract】 A serial of novel thiophene-based main chain conjugated compound with varieties of aromatic rings and heterocycle, such as acenaphtenequinoxaline phenanthrenequinoxaline ,have been synthesized on the base of looking for lots of references and summarized others research work. The corresponding polymers have been prepared with electropolymerization method and solid-state reaction synthesis method. Poly(benzidine–co-pyrrole) , poly(o-dianisidine-co-pyrrole) and poly(o-tolidine- co-pyrrole) were electrochemically copolymerizied ,the copolymerization method and the condition of copolymers have been studied . Its structure has been examined by FTIR and Uv-vis spectroscopies.It is attempt for improving the coplymer’s properties .(1) A serial of novel thiophene-based main chain conjugated compound with varieties of aromatic rings and heterocycle,such as phenanthrenequinoxaline ,acenaphtenequin -oxaline ,pyridazine ,2,1,3-benzothiadiazole and benzene have been prepared by tetra(triphenylphosphine)palladium (Pd(PPh3)4) catalyzed method. These compounds were characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis(2) 5,8-dithiophenyl-phenanthrenequinoxaline , 5,8-dithiophenyl-acenaphtenequinoxaline ,3,6-dithiophenyl-pyridazine,1,4-dithiophenyl-benzene and 4,7-dithiophenyl- 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole have been electrochemically polymerized in a composite electrolyte of acrylonitrile containing Et4NBF4 as a supporting electrolyte. The emitted wavelength of poly(5,8-dithiophenyl–phena -nthrenequnoxaline), poly(1,4-dithiophenyl-benzene) and 4,7-dithiophenyl -2,1,3 -benzothiadiazole were 602nm,488nm and 599 in the photoluminescence spectra ,respectively. The cyclic voltamogram of polymers show good electrochemical properties and stability.(3) Poly(5,8-dithiophenyl-phenanthrenequinoxaline) and Poly(5,8-dithiophenyl- acenaphtenequinoxaline) have been firstly prepared by a novel solid-state reaction synthesis method and were characterized by FT-IR, Uv-Vis, XRD,
