开环数控系统的加工误差检测及补偿的研究

【摘要】 现代制造业对数控机床提出了很高的要求,数控机床逐渐向高精度、高速度、精密化、智能化方向发展。目前,国内对机床加工误差检测及补偿的研究很多,在实际的商用数控系统中却没有比较成熟的应用。而对开环数控系统的加工误差进行补偿,提高开环数控系统的加工精度,可达到闭环精度的方案就更少了。误差补偿是利用一台低等级的机床通常可加工出高等级精度的工件,顺应了以较低的价格获取较高精度的机床的需要。采用软件便于现有的数控机床改造,对开放式数控系统的应用更为方便。本文针对这一现状利用计算机辅助误差测控仪对加工过程进行检测、分析与控制,研究了误差处理中所涉及的算法,对误差进行数值建模回归分析,用不同的控制算法控制误差测控仪的运动误差,然后进行加工过程的仿真,实现误差补偿。本课题采用计算机辅助误差测控仪实现加工过程误差检测、分析及补偿的方法来提高开环数控系统的运行精度,结构简单、效果显著,可推广到一般的开环数控系统上。在数控加工中,要求有较低的成本较高的效应,而且对加工精度有越来越高的要求,因此本论文具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

【Abstract】 The modern manufacturing industry puts forward a very high request to the numerical control tool machine , the numerical control tool machine develops gradually toward high accuracy and high speed and intelligence and ability. At present,the domestic researches a lot about monitoring error and compensating for error in machining. Error compensation is a method that makes use of a low rank tool machine to process workpieces that reach high precisin. It meets with lower prices to acquire higher precise tool machines. Using software to compensate is convenient for rebuilding NC tool machines and applying open loop NC system.This paper aims at the condition on the base of the calculator assistance error controlled instrument, carrying on the examination,analysis and control to the process, studying the algorith in error process, setting up the model for analysis to the error, controlling a sport error of the instrument in different controlled way, then carrying on imitating in the process, realizing compensating for error.This task adopts the instrument that realizes the examination,analysis and compensation in the process,to increase the movement accuracy of the numerical control system.The structure is simple and the result is remarkable.It spread general numerical control system . Numerical control process requires lower cost and upper effect,furthermore requires higher and higher precision in the process.Therefore this thesis has important meaning in theory and reality.
