试析俄罗斯对中亚安全的作用

【摘要】 “9.11”事件后,中亚地区成为国际格局中的热点地区。中亚各国的民族、宗教、经济、政治等问题,以及“三股势力”的兴起,跨国毒品犯罪,成为影响地区安全稳定的主要因素。2005年中亚各国进入权力交接的敏感时期,围绕总统选举、政治领域不确定因素增多。在影响中亚安全众多因素中,俄罗斯对该地区安全的作用不断增强。中亚地区与中国西部毗邻,中亚地区的安全和稳定直接影响到中国新疆的安全,并直接影响到新疆经济发展的外部环境。这是本文研究的现实意义。本论文包括四部分,除序言外,主体部分分为三大部分。第一部分分析了影响中亚安全的主要因素,认为“三股势力”、跨国毒品犯罪及外部势力通过“颜色革命”对中亚的干预,构成威胁地区安全的主要因素。第二部分简要分析了俄罗斯中亚政策的调整。第三部分分析了俄罗斯对中亚地区安全的作用,认为俄罗斯在维护中亚地区安全中起积极作用。在分析和论述过程中,本文重点采用历史的分析方法和理论联系实际的分析方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 After“9.11”,Central Asia becomes a hot region in international structure.The ethnical, religious,economic and political problems and the rise of separatism, extremism and terrorism,andtransnational drugs crime all become the main factors thar affect the safety and stability of the region. In 2005,countral Asia has entered a sensitive stage of power changement, centred on president election,uncertain factors in political sphere has increased. In various factors affecting security of central Asia,Russia’s effect is increasty.Central Asia is close to Chinese western region,and the safety of Central Asia directly affect Chinese western region.Ane it is important for western china to have a good external environment. This is the realistic significance of writing this thesis.In addition to preface ,this thesis includes four parts.The body part is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes the main factor that influenced the safey of Central Asia. It is explained that separatism, extremism and terrorism and transnational drugs crime and interference outside on Central Asia through“color revolution”constituted the main threatening factors in the safety and stability of the region.The second part analyzed Russis’s global strategy in its Central Asia policy.The thired part analyzed effect of the Russia’s Central Asia policy on the safety of Central Asia.Though the Russis’s Central Asia policy gave a heavy blow to the terrorism and has positive influence.In the process od analysis and discussion,this paper mainly adopted historical analytical method and the theories-practice related analytical method.更多还原
