基于CAN总线的汽车发动机电子节气门控制技术研究

【摘要】 20世纪80年代中后期,电子节气门技术出现以来,已经有越来越多地研究机构和汽车厂商开始对其进行研究开发,并已有成熟的产品应用到各种中高档轿车上。由于电子节气门技术能明显改善汽车的燃油经济性和降低汽车尾气排放,以及混合动力汽车的横空出世,其应用前景将越来越广泛。本文在研究前人研究的基础上,提出了基于CAN总线的电子节气门分布式控制方法,主要工作内容如下:1)阐述了汽车电子技术的发展历程和发动机电控技术的现状,详细分析了国内外电子节气门技术的研究现状并阐明了电子节气门控制技术的优点。2)分析了电子节气门的结构和控制原理,并与传统的机械式节气门作了比较。电子节气门有机械式节气门无法比拟的优势,控制精确,能提高发动机动力性和经济性并减少废气的排放。3)提出了集怠速控制、巡航控制和发动机正常工况控制于一体的新型电子节气门控制系统和基于发动机最佳经济性曲线或动力性曲线的控制策略,对其系统分别采用了PID控制算法和模糊控制算法,并在MATLAB中建立了基于CVT的整车控制模型,对两种算法作了对比分析,从仿真结果可知:模糊控制比PID控制效果要好,没有毛刺和尖锐的转角,曲线变化平缓,发动机转速不会出现跳变。4)阐述了分布式控制系统的工作原理和优点,详细介绍了DSP芯片和P87C 592单片机,并对这种芯片组成的分布式控制系统的进行了详细的软硬件设计和系统的抗干扰性设计。5)进行了软件调试和整车实验,达到了预期要求:发动机转速变化平稳,怠速稳定,整车动作协调。分布式控制系统减少了因线束繁多引起的各种问题。基于CAN总线的汽车发动机电子节气门控制技术研究为CVT在传动系统上的应用打下了基础,对电动车乃至智能汽车的研究亦提供了参考。

【Abstract】 More and more research organizations and factories of automobile have began to study the electronic throttle technology since the middle of the eighties of the twentieth century, and there have been many mature products in various luxurious cars. Because the electronic throttle technology can improve the fuel economy of automobile and reduce the automobile emission of vent gas and Hybrid Electric Vehicle( HEV) appears, its application prospect will be more and more extensive. Based on the foundation of forefathers research, this paper suggests the distribution control method of electronic throttle based on Controller Area Network (CAN).The major working contents are as follows.1) It elaborates the development of automobile electronic technology and the present situation of engine electronic-controlled technology, and analyses the domestic and international research present situation of electronic throttle technology in detail and expounds the advantages of electronic throttle control technology.2) It analyses the structural and control principle of electronic throttle, and makes a comparison with the tradition mechanical throttle.3) Brought forward a new integrative control system for electronic throttle with idle speed control, cruising control and well-balanced work-condition control of engine, and control strategy based on curve of optimum fuel economy and power, utilize PID and Fuzzy control algorithm on system respectively. A model established in MATLAB analyzes these algorithms contrastively. The results of simulation indicate the effect of PID is better than Fuzzy. The curve of engine’s speed changes gently and there is no burr.4) The working theory and merit of distributed control systems are displayed in the paper. The DSP chip and P87C592 single chip are detailedly introduced. The software and hardware of the distributed control systems is composed of these chip are designed and the anti-disturbed performance of the system are also designed.5) The expected demand is arrived through the results of the like -
