预应力肋梁柱锚杆支挡结构设计及稳定性分析研究

【摘要】 传统的重力式、衡重式、悬臂式以及扶壁式挡土墙造价高,占地多。预应力肋梁柱锚杆支挡结构是近些年新出现的一种轻型支挡结构,该结构主要依靠锚杆提供的锚固力增加作用在滑移面上的正压力和抗滑力来提供抗滑面上的抗剪强度,改善边坡的稳定性,不需要开挖很深的墙体基础,适用于自由段滑体以及松散层不太厚、后下方有较好岩层或抗剪强度较大的坚硬土层。本文结合湖南省建设科技计划项目“永久性肋梁柱锚杆挡土墙设计关键问题及计算软件开发”,对预应力肋梁柱锚杆支挡结构进行了理论分析,提供了适合于工程的、比较简捷的实用计算方法,同时也为该类支挡结构设计提供一定的理论依据和设计建议。本文研究的主要内容如下:1、对常用土压力理论进行综述后,提出一种位移土压力模型,即作用于支挡结构前后土压力的大小随着支挡结构的变形而变化。2、根据Mindlin’s问题的位移解,推导出了锚杆的界面剪应力和轴力分布规律,并分析了锚杆的受力特性,进一步了解锚杆柔性支护的作用机理,在此基础上提出确定锚固长度的计算公式。3、提出了肋柱、肋梁和挡土板的计算单元划分以及计算模型的确定方法。由于锚杆和支护结构以及周围土体是共同工作、彼此协调的,因此肋柱、肋梁按弹性地基梁进行计算,并推导出计算公式。4、采用Visual Basic语言编制了预应力肋梁柱锚杆支挡结构设计计算程序。已知相关参数,利用该程序可以直接得到肋梁柱截面设计内力、配筋以及锚杆的直径与长度。通过工程实例对比,证明了本文所提出的计算模型合理,计算方法简明实用,编制的程序是切实可行的。5、在条分法的基础上,采用随机生成破坏面技术,通过引入锚杆荷载,编制肋梁柱锚杆支挡结构整体稳定性分析程序。
【Abstract】 There are kinds of supporting structure, the costs of traditional supporting methods such as gravity retaining wall, counterweight retaining wall, cantilever retaining wall, buttressed retaining wall and lump stone are high and the area occupied is large. The pre-stressed anchor supporting structure with beam and column is a type of light supporting structure. This structure maintains steady slope through art-pull force of anchor. The pre-stressed anchor supporting structure with beam and column is analyzed theoretical in this paper, combined with theoretical study and design of such supporting structure, which is one of the plan projects of construction science and technology in Hunan province. The topic provides engineering aiming with practical and concise computation method, and also provides the advice for structure with proper theory foundation and schemes to some extent. The main contents of this paper is divided into the below pars.1. The usual methods for earth pressure calculation are summarized. This paper brings forward a displacement earth pressure model. That is the lateral earth pressure on the supporting structure change with the variation of the supporting structure’s displacement.2. Based on the Mindlin’s solution of displacement, the distributing expressions of the shear stress and the axial force in anchorage are derived, and the mechanical characteristic of anchorage is analyzed, which indicates the mechanics of the support more deeply. The method of confirming the length of anchorage is proposed.3. The calculating elements and the calculating model of rib-column, rib-beam and retaining plate of the supporting structure are proposed in this paper. In the pre-stressed anchor supporting structure with beam and column, anchor, supporting structure and soil work jointly, therefore in this paper, rib-column and rib- beam are used models of elastic foundation beams, the solving method of rib-column and rib- beam are given out.4. The program of the design and calculation of the pre-stressed anchor supporting structure with beam and column is written with the language Visual Basic. If we know the relevant parameters and soil parameters, using the program can obtain the internal forces of beam-column, the diameters and length of anchors.
