【摘要】 经过二十多年的改革开放和经济建设,我国农业和农村经济发生了历史性的根本变化。以短缺经济和数量扩张为主要特征的发展阶段已经结束,买方市场已经全面形成,人们对绝大多数农产品已有较大范围的选择权;人们生活水平不断提高,农产品消费结构逐步优化,农产品消费在总体上已由量的满足阶段向质的提高阶段,对绿色农产品质量要求不断提高。这些变化呼唤农业的标准化,因为技术标准是质量的前提,没有较高的农产品技术标准,就不可能实现农业的现代化。本文将紧紧围绕“技术标准”,利用系统分析的方法,综合并深入研究绿色农产品联盟伙伴选择的问题,具有较强的理论性、前瞻性和实践意义。文章共分为五个章节。本文首先介绍文章选题的研究背景,明确界定了本文的具体研究对象和研究的问题。然后对相关文献进行综述。第3章基于对国内绿色农产品发展特征的总结性概括,借助对某绿色农产品发展概况的系统分析,指出影响基于技术标准的绿色农产品联盟伙伴选择的因素。第4章考察了绿色农产品联盟组织的战略定位和竞争优势,提出围绕绿色农产品的生产、销售,建立销售联盟、服务联盟和生产资料采购供应联盟的战略设想。构建基于技术标准绿色农产品联盟伙伴选择原则和指标体系,并通过实证分析指标选择合理性。第5章构建绿色农产品联盟伙伴选择的三阶段模型,采用AHP方法运用实例分析联盟伙伴选择问题。本文最后简要地总结了本文主要的研究结论、创新点、研究局限及进一步研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy, many ultimately historical changes have taken place with agricultural economy in rural regions. The developing phases, marked by shortage of goods and focus of quantity have ended. At present, Chinese agriculture has entered a new stage of development, from the number of constraints on supply and demand of agricultural products to the constraints on the quality, from quantity of agricultural products to the rural economy by pursuing economic efficiency. This change urges requirement to upgrade the level and quality of agricultural development to enhance agricultural competitiveness by standardization in the market. High-class green agricultural foods have a vast market prospects. So the modernization can not come true without high level technical standards of agricultural goods. The study will focus on the technical standards in agriculture. I will use the method of systems analysis, integrating study the partner choice of green agricultural alliance based on the technical standards. The topic should be theoretical, practical and forward-looking. The article is divided into four chapters.Firstly, the article introduces the background of this topic. Then I distinguish a clear definition of the research object and issues in my study. Then the literature review appears in the second chapter.I put forward to point out what influence the partner choice in strategic alliance based on technical standards according to the system analysis of the developing market environment of green agricultural products in chapter three.In the fourth chapter, I explore the strategic orientation and how to get competitive advantage for the strategic alliance of green agricultural products. The growing strategy of establishing the organization is discussed in the following part. Then I advance the strategic assumption to found distribution alliance, service alliance and production materials alliance surrounding the process of producing, distribution and procurement. How to construct the index system is discussed in the chapter as well. I use empirical method to validate the index system and the AHP.I discuss the brief conclusions, the innovation points, the limitations of the study and the future research directions in the end of the study.更多还原
