巨型框架考虑施工过程和混凝土收缩徐变影响的分析方法

【摘要】 巨型结构是一种新型的超高层建筑结构体系,是指由几个大型结构单元所组成的主结构与其它结构单元组成的次结构共同工作,从而获得更大的整体稳定性和更高的效能的高层建筑结构。这种结构体系是最近二十年以来伴随着高层和超高层建筑的发展而出现的。己有的工程实践表明,现代高层和超高层建筑采用的结构体系中,巨型结构组合体系是技术经济效应最好的结构体系之一。它不但能够保证结构刚度,减少材料用量,充分发挥材料和结构性能,简化构造,还能给建筑设计带来新的风格和灵活性。 目前,伴随着巨型结构的广泛应用,在巨型结构领域也不断有新的理论提出,但在研究竖向荷载作用下对巨型框架的影响里面,很少有考虑到施工过程这个很重要的影响因素,大多都是采用传统的“一次加载计算方法”,这和实际的情况就有很大的区别,因而研究巨型框架竖向荷载作用下考虑施工过程的分析方法,对于巨型框架的设计和施工都有很重要的指导作用。本文也就针对这个问题进行了以下几个方面的研究工作。 本文在弹性范围内,以高层框架模拟施工过程的分析方法为基础,融合巨型框架的特点,综合考虑了巨型框架三种不同的施工顺序,建立了巨型框架竖向荷载下模拟施工过程的计算理论和方法。然后编制了计算机程序实现了这种算法,并且通过算例的计算总结了巨型框架弹性范围模拟施工过程受力和变形的一些结论。 根据B.S.史密斯编著《高层建筑结构分析与设计》一书关于高层建筑考虑施工过程的收缩徐变简化分析的理论,结合巨型框架自身的特点和实际的施工情况,推导出了巨型框架考虑施工过程的收缩徐变简化分析算法,进一步对巨型框架竖向荷载下模拟施工过程的问题进行了研究,同样通过编程实现了算法,通过算例的计算得到了巨型框架考虑不同施工过程的收缩徐变值,以及收缩徐变对结构影响的一些规律。 本文的最后,综合已有的巨型框架结构理论和的巨型框架工程实例,考虑本文通过理论分析和算例计算得出的结论,对巨型框架结构的设计和施工提出了若干建议。
【Abstract】 With the development of the modern tall buildings, a new-structure named mega structure which belongs to super high-rise building structure system is emerged in recent twenty years. It is consisted of primary structure and secondary structure. It has excellent whole stability and great performance and is considered one of the most economic structural systems through some projects’ contrast.At present some new theories about mega-frame are put forward with the mega-frame composite system betaken in every places of the world. But most people adopt complete loading structural analysis which don’t consider the special characteristic during it’s being constructed when they analyze the vertical load effects of tall building mega-frame. So it’s very necessary to study the difference between "structural analysis of mega-frame structure under complete loading" and "structural analysis of mega-frame structure simulating the construction process" in designing and constructing mega-frame building. The study on the mega-frame structure in this paper is focused on the following aspects.Firstly based on the methods available at present to determine the vertical load effects of tall building, a mechanics model and a computing mean which simulating construction process are presented for mega-frame structure in this paper confined in elasticity. When we establish these models, the characteristic of mega-frame and three kinds of construction processes about mega-frame are taken into account. A corresponding computer program was designed about this computing mean. Through calculating a 12-storey mega-frame, some of important conclusions are presented.Secondly a simplified creep and shrinkage analysis method of mega-frame structures is presented. This method is based on the theory about creep and shrinkage analysis of tall frame structures that is put forward in B.S.Smith’s book"analysis and design of tall building structural". This method makes the mechanics model and the computing mean more approached to the reality. A corresponding computer program is also designed for this theory. Through calculating a 12-storey mega-frame, some conclusions about creep and shrinkage of mega-frame simulating construction process are brought forward.In the end of this dissertation, on the basis of theoretical analysis about mega-frame and some mega-frame building, some advices are put forward for design
