【摘要】 高职教育(全称为高等职业技术教育或高等职业教育)是培养高等技术人才的教育。它的诞生与技术知识转型密切相关。高职教育有两个重要属性被普遍共识，那就是高等性和职业性。高等性主要是因为高职教育的教育内容——高等职业技术知识结构中包含了相当的高深科学理论；职业性在于这些知识的目的指向性——解决职业中的技术问题。因此，高职教育培养的人才不仅要能理解那些高深的理论，还要会将其转化为作用于工作现场的操作。这就决定了高职教师(主要限于专业课教师)必须拥有相似的专业知识结构，还要做到将这些知识有效地传授给学生。这是从理论角度构设的高职教师形象。 我国的高职教育从诞生开始，因为各种原因，使得高职教育实践出现了“重理论，轻实践”的培养误区。为走出误区，高职教育领域出现对培养“双师型”高职教师(简称“双师型”教师或“双师”)的倡导与实践。在相关的政策诠释中，“双师”概念经历了多次的变动，比如出现过“双师型”、“双师资格”、“双师素质”等符号名称，认证“双师”的标准也呈现了多元化趋势。在官方、学术界与实践界，对“双师”内涵的解读在形式与结果方面存在一定的差别，但都强调“双师”要既懂理论又懂实践。 把握“双师”内涵，关键在于理解概念背后的假设。这个假设就是高职教育某些主要且必然具有的属性决定高职教师必须是“双师”。假设需要来验证。当从微观层面——高职课程教学来看高职教育时，教师必要的职业技术在“主持的课程想达到哪些教育目标?”、“提供哪些课程经验才能实现这些目标?”、“怎样才能有效地组织这些课程经验?”、“怎样才能确定这些目标正在得到实现?”四个环节的分析中得到了较为详细的说明。这也正是验证假设的过程。结论是：如果从既能掌握(高等职业技术)理论教学，又能掌握(高等职业技术)更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher Technical and Vocational Education (HTVE) is education which trains higher technical talents. Its birth is related closely to the transformation of technical knowledge. HTVE has two major attributes, the high and the occupational that have been widely accepted. The formerhas existed chiefly because the educational content of HTVE--highertechnical and vocational knowledge includes a healthy portion of profound scientific theories; the emergence of the latter is that the knowledge is used to resolve the technical problems belonging to a certain vocation at all time. Therefore, HTVE educates students not only understanding the profound scientific theories, but also converting them into the operation of profession used on the work-spot. It means that teachers of HTVE who are subject to teachers of professional curriculums must not only have the corresponding structure of professional knowledge, but also pass on them to students effectively. This ideal image of teachers of HTVE is designed from a theoretical standpoint.In our country, because of various reasons, HTVE appeared the unreasonable phenomenon that theory was held in high regard and practice was neglected from the outset.
