【摘要】 改革开放以来，我国城乡居民的收入水平显著提高，人民生活不断改善。但是，由于长期存在城乡分割的二元经济体制等原因，导致城乡居民之间的收入差距不断扩大，日益引起农民的不满，并直接影响到经济的发展、社会的稳定和人民的团结。对此我们必须予以高度重视。 本文主要运用实证分析和规范分析相结合、纵向分析和横向比较相结合等研究方法，通过考察我国城乡居民收入差距的变动阶段、发展趋势和目前状况，阐明我国城乡居民的收入差距过大，超出了合理水平。对于造成城乡居民收入差距过大的原因，国内学者大多仅从制度方面进行分析和论证。作者认为，制度是一个重要影响因素，但还必须看到农业本身具有弱质性，存在基础薄弱、生产力落后、比较效益低下等问题。即使在相同的制度环境里，农业也很难赶超工业，乡村也很难赶超城市。缩小城乡差距，不能通过放慢城市和工业的发展速度来实现，关键是要加快农业的发展，提高农业的竞争实力，为此，要加强农业基础设施建设，建立现代农业，实现农业产业一体化经营。 全文共分五个部分： 第一部分导言，主要说明本文的选题意义，解释与收入分配有关的概念，并对国内学者的研究成果进行综述。 第二部分我国城乡居民收入差距的现状，着重分析我国城乡居民收入差距的发展阶段和发展趋势，并从消费角度对城乡居民的消费更多还原

【Abstract】 Since reform and opening-up, the income level of the urban and rural residents of our country has been improved notably; the people’s lives are improving constantly. However, the dual economy system cause the income gap between urban and rural residents to expand constantly, make peasants discontent day by day, and impair economic development, stability and the people’s unity of the society directly. As to this we must give great attention.By combining positive analysis and normative analysis, vertical analysis and horizontal comparison together , through investigating the changing stages , development trend and current situation t of the income gap, this thesis expound that the income gap between urban and rural residents of our country is too large and has gone beyond the rational level. To the reason that causing the income gap between urban and rural residents to be so large, most of domestic scholars analyze and prove only from the system angle. The author thinks, the system is an important influence factor, but we must also see the weakness of agriculture, tender infrastructure, backward productivity and low benefit. Even in the same system environment, it is very difficult for agriculture to catch up with and surpass industry. Narrowing the disparity of urban and rural areas, can’t be realized by slowing down the development speed of the city and industry. The most important thing is to quicken the development of更多还原
