细穗柽柳中黄酮类化合物的研究

【摘要】 本研究以新疆地产细穗柽柳Tamarix leptostachys Bge.嫩茎叶为实验材料,探索细穗柽柳中黄酮类化合物的分离与鉴定的方法。采用植物学和植物化学的研究方法,研究细穗柽柳中黄酮类化学成分的种类、解析它们的结构。通过对细穗柽柳的醋酸乙酯提取部分用硅胶色谱法进行分离,利用高效液相色谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振等现代波谱技术解析化合物结构。结果表明:3倍溶媒量的90%的乙醇在60℃条件下浸提、过滤,得到细穗柽柳中黄酮类化合物粗提液;粗提液经重蒸水、石油醚、乙酸乙酯去杂后上硅胶柱,氯仿-甲醇30:1梯度洗脱后结晶,从细穗柽柳中分离纯化得到1种黄酮类化合物,利用波谱仪器鉴定为:槲皮素。

【Abstract】 This paper, based on fresh branches and leaves of Tamarix leptostachys Bge. of Xinjiang, explores the isolation and identification methods of flavone. By integrating the theories and methods of botany, plant chemistry.Studies the flavonoid chemistry composition, analyzes the construction. Withdraw and isolate flavone by ethyl acetate and silica gel chromatography. Analyzes the construction with the spectrum data by the silica gel chromatography and UV,MS,HPLC,NMR…etc. The results show: 90% of three times the volume of ethanol in solvent 60 degrees conditions extraction, filtration, with Tamarix leptostachys Bge. rough mention liquid compounds category; After mentioning the steaming liquid rough water, oil ethers, ethyl acetate to the complex after cleansing pillar, chloroform-methanol 30:1 gradient itself after crystallization from Tamarix leptostachys Bge. separate sample from one category of flavone compounds, identification equipment for the use of spectrum : Quercetin
