【摘要】 本文首先对高新技术、高新技术产业、高新技术产业化进行分析和界定，并对高新技术产业的特点进行了分析；其次，对高新技术产业化的相关理论予以论述，即技术创新理论和产业结构理论。第三，对高新技术产业化的运行机制和产业结构转换进行了分析，主要说明高新技术产业化与技术创新和产业结构的关系，即技术创新是高新技术产业化的基础，而高新技术产业的发展又会促进产业结构的优化，加快我国经济的发展。第四，分析了目前我国高新技术产业发展的现状、特点和存在的问题，并对国外发展高新技术产业的先进经验进行了分析。最后，在对吉林省高新技术产业化的现状、存在问题以及原因进行分析的基础上提出了加快吉林省高新技术产业化进程的具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis, in the first place, analyses and defines high-tech, high-tech industry and the industrialization of high-tech. Secondly, states the interrelated theory of high-tech industrialization that is innovation theory and industry structure theory. Thirdly, analyses the function mechanism and the process of high-tech industrialization, to explain the relationship between the two theories and the high-tech industrialization, the innovation is the base of high-tech industrialization and high-tech industrialization will optimize the industry structure. Fourthly, analyses the current situation, characteristic and the problems of the high-tech industrialization of our nation, analyses the foreign advanced experience. Finally, based on analyzing the current situation, problems, and reasons of the industrialization of high-tech of Jilin province, some countermeasures about enhancing the process of Jilin province’s industrialization of high-tech are stated.更多还原
