二维数控刀具轨迹自动生成软件系统

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展,制造业发生了翻天覆地的变化,各种先进制造技术正逐渐应用于制造系统中。在现代制造系统中,数控加工是制造系统的核心设备,是现代制造系统的重要组成部分。数控加工中的一个重要环节是设计出刀具轨迹,刀具轨迹设计质量的好坏,将直接影响零件的加工质量及加工成本。 本论文对二维任意形状平面区域进行刀具轨迹的自动生成,采用有向的封闭环对边界进行描述,通过构造等距线法求解刀具轨迹。在构造等距线时实现了Bezier曲线和B样条曲线的等距线的生成,用图例很好的说明了其各自的特点。并对NURBS曲线实现了等距线的两种算法。 本论文编制了一个简单软件系统,对一些零件可以进行刀具轨迹的自动生成。

【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology, great changes have taken place in the manufacturing. Every kinds of advanced manufacture technology are applying in the manufacture system now. In the system of modern manufacture, NC machining equipment is the core of manufacture system and the important subassembly of the modern manufacture system. The NC machining an important link that process the inside is a quality to design the tool path, tool path design the quantity, will affect directly the spare parts process the quantity and process the cost.In this paper to the 2-dimensions arbitrarily the shape flat surface carries on tool path generation, the adoption have to of closing wreath carry on the description to the slot form boundary, use offset curves method make tool path generation. Not only constitution offset curves but also analyzed of Bezier curve and B-spline curve ,and use the diagram example was good to explain it each from of characteristics. By study NURBS curves bring two method about offset curves.This paper became a software system and can carry on the auto that the tool path generation.
