基于图像处理的汽车前照灯检测系统的研究

【摘要】 汽车前照灯是保障行车安全运行的重要部件,汽车前照灯的检定使用前照灯检测仪。根据我国汽车前照灯检测的现状,本论文设计了一种基于图像处理的汽车前照灯检测系统。 本论文首先对常用的汽车前照灯检定方法进行了讨论,比较了各种方法的特点和适用范围,本文选择了图像处理的方法进行汽车前照灯的检测。 本论文采用CCD摄像机成像技术作为采集手段,利用计算机数字图像处理技术,达到测量汽车前照灯的发光强度,远光中心坐标,近光拐点坐标以及光轴偏角等特征参数的目的。 本论文提出了汽车前照灯检测仪的总体结构设计方案和软件的具体设计方案,包括软件开发方法和相应图像处理算法实现的计算机模型,光学成像系统的设计模型。根据设计的方案,用Visual C++编制了检测软件,并对试验结果数据进行了分析。 本论文提出的汽车前照灯检测系统是集图像数据采集、图像处理、图像显示于一体的自动化检测系统,可以实现汽车前照灯远近光的检测工作。

【Abstract】 The motor headlamp is very important component for the safe of driving,the measurement of motor headlamp must use the headlamp mesure instrument.A design approach can be used in the measurement of motor headlamp with the general testing situation of our nation today.Firstly,through the introduction of some measure methods, the characteristic and the application field are anatomized and compared, consequently the image processing method is selected as the main method of measurement software for testing of vehicle headlamps.The measuring system using planar array CCD as detector is introduced in the paper, it utilizes the computer digital image processing technology,and it can measure the characteristic parameters such as luminous intensity, center of far light, corner of the close light.In this paper, it prompted the holistic structure and blue print and software overall design and detail design including the selection of the development mode,analyses the application of digital image processing,gived the modules design of optics image system.Basing on the designed of blue print,used visual C++ development tools for code compiling,analysed the return data of experiment.The system for motor vehicle headlamp measuring is efficiency and it is organic system of image data acquisition, image processing, image show.
