CAPP与PDM系统集成的研究与开发

【摘要】 计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)是CIMS(计算机集成制造系统)的重要组成部分和信息源头之一,也是企业实现信息集成的一个关键环节,起着联系CAD和CAM系统的桥梁作用,实现CAPP系统与企业其它应用系统的集成非常重要。但是由于历史的因素,现在国内比较流行的CAPP系统都是独立发展的,具有自己独立的体系结构、界面风格和使用流程,在与其它系统的集成过程中存在先天的难度。 PDM系统以如何管理好产品数据作为应用的立足点,在此基础上着手解决企业的功能集成、过程集成及人与组织的集成,为企业有效地组织和管理产品数据、企业经营过程提供有力的支持,可以作为企业各种应用系统的集成平台,包括CAPP系统。在PDM平台上集成CAPP系统,可以有效地连接设计和制造,实现CAPP与CAD/CAM,ERP/MRPⅡ等系统的数据共享,统一数据源;并且可以充分利用PDM系统的各种管理工具,规范企业的工作流程,提高工艺设计与产品设计、制造之间的并行度,缩短开发周期,降低成本。 本论文对PDM与CAPP集成系统的体系结构和集成内容进行了分析,对各种集成方法和集成模式作了对比,在此基础上讨论了定制开发模式下完成PDM/CAPP集成需要做的工作。并以TcEnt与CAPPFramework的集成开发为例,详细介绍了利用商品化CAPP软件建立企业基于PDM的工艺信息系统的过程,包括集成系统中工艺数据的存储和管理、系统间数据的传递、工艺工作流程的管理,以及定制开发过程中对CAPP软件和PDM软件的定制。 1) 工艺数据的存储和管理:对集成系统中工艺数据的存储进行了重新设计,将原来单独由CAPP负责工艺数据管理,转换为由PDM系统和CAPP共同负责。 2) 系统间数据的传递:采用XML技术在PDM和CAPP系统间传递数据。 3) 工艺工作流程的管理:对集成系统中的工艺工作流程进行了详细的说明,并定制了流程模型。 4) 对CAPP软件的修改和对PDM软件定制:主要包括PDM中工艺数据模型、消息、菜单、对话框的定制,以及对CAPP软件启动过程、权限控制等方面的修改。
【Abstract】 The Computer Aided Process Planning, CAPP in short, is an important part of CIMS (Computer Integreted Manufacturing System), and it’s also a key step to achieve the aim for enterprises’ information integration which connects CAD and CAM as a bridge. So, integrating CAPP with other applications of Enterprises is very important. But the few popular domestic CAPP products are developed independently for the sake of history. Their architectures are different and independent from each other, so do their interfaces style and the flow of using. For these reasons, there are inate difficultis to do the integration.Based on the management of product data, the PDM system intends to acomplish the integration of functions, processes, staffs and organizations, so it can help the enterprise to manage the product data and working processes very well. For these reasons, PDM can be regarded as a platform to integrate various kinds of applications, including the CAPP system.By integrating CAPP with PDM, the designing and manufacturing can be linked effectively and the aim for single data source and data sharing among the systems of CAPP, CAD/CAM, ERP/MRPII, can be achieved. It also helps the enterprise to standardize the working flow, improve the degree of parallelism between designing and manufacturing, cut the cycle of production, and reduce the cost.This paper analyses the architecture and contents of the integrating system of CAPP and PDM, and compares the few kinds of integrating methods and modes, then introduces the work to be done to acomplish the integration of PDM and CAPP under the mode of customzation. At Last I introduce, in detail, the process of constructing the Process Planning information system based on PDM, which includes the storing and management of CAPP data, the exchange of data between CAPP and PDM, the management of Process planning workflow, and the customization that made to CAPP and PDM software.1) The storing and mangement of CAPP data: Redesign the storing method of CAPP data in the integration system, which share the responsibility for managing the data between CAPP and PDM, instead of only by CAPP.2) The data Exchange between the systems: Using the XML technology to exchange the data.3) The Management of Process Planning workflow: Illuminate the Process Planning workflow in the Integrating system and make the workflow model.4) The modification made to CAPP softeware and the customization made to PDM software: Using the tools provided by PDM to make the technics class, associated messages, menus and dialogs. Reprogram the CAPP software to modify the starting process and the privilege control.
