西北材料工业环境管理信息系统的研建

【摘要】 计算机辅助材料企业环境管理信息系统，将大量环保管理资料和数据转变为生产全过程的控制管理信息，可有效预防超标排放和污染事故的发生，不仅有利于原材料的生产和使用，减少末端治理费用，降低生产成本，而且能防范环境风险，此系统的建设开发在环境可持续发展中必将是不可或缺的一部分。作为国家自然科学基金项目(70371049)的研究内容之一，本文以西北地区材料工业为研究对象，以计算机辅助企业环境管理信息系统建设为方法，选取陕西JDC钼业集团公司为案例，展开了基于B／S模式的环境管理信息系统的研究分析工作，最终开发了西北材料工业环境管理信息系统。 本文首先从西北地区材料工业的全局出发，针对材料工业环境管理信息系统存在的问题，尝试并建立了系统开发的总体框架。然后从管理信息系统开发中结构化开发方法的核心阶段——系统分析入手，进行了系统需求、总体方案、数据及功能模块分析，在系统分析建立数据指标体系的基础上，通过对数据组织的规范化，建立了整体数据的关系结构，设计了数据表、代码、安全以及系统得意开展的技术平台。最后落脚于关键技术——B／S模式的实际应用，基于Web的浏览器端界面的设计与开发，实现了西北材料工业环境管理信息系统的用户管理、查询分析、报表输出、数据维护等功能，最终完成西北材料工业EMIS的可视化操作和分析，突出利用B／S模式的信息技术优势。 本文的主要研究成果：(1)西北材料工业EMIS是一个基于开放式平台的网络型计算机信息系统，把与环境监测业务、监测管理工作等相关方面有机地集合在一起。操作使用功能充分考虑了环境数据的一致性，采用统一数据库，一个数据只能有一个数据来源，结合公司已有的环保数据信息进行了细致地研究分析。(2)基于B／S模式，利用ASP进行环境管理信息系统的WEB设计，开发了西北材料工业环境管理信息系统，促进了环境信息的共享和网络应用，系统设计了简洁的输入界面，方便用户输入。 期望本文的研究内容能对当前和今后一段时间内各材料企业环境保护的信息化建设提供有益的技术指导参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Environmental Management Information System of northwestern material industry by computer assistant management, lots of end data of environmental protection management can change to control management information of whole production process, effectively prevents pollution accidents and over standards, not only be favor of using raw materials, reducing disposal expenditures and production cost, but also can avoid the environmental risk and huge economy loss, this system will be a indispensably part in the environmental sustainable development. One part of National Natural Science Foundation of China (70371049) , the paper select northwestern area material industry(JDC Mo Company, Shaan’xi), take the computer assistance material enterprises environmental management information system as the method, introduced the feasibility of material industry environmental management information system, researched and analysed the environmental management information system based on browser/server model for development.This paper starts with general object of northwestern material industry, aims at poblems on material industry environmental information system, designed the general frame. Then starts with system analysis, which is the core phase of structural development for MIS, presents system requirement, the general object, main function models structure, based on data index system in system analysis phase, set up general data structures by standardization data. Designs datasheet, codes, safety and techinc frame for developing the system. Finally this paper finishes the practical application of B/S model, which is a key technic in northwestern material industry EMIS, designing and developing the browser interface based on Web, realizing user management, query, reports output, data maintenance, ect, completing the visual operation and analysis on northwestern material industry EMIS. Main research results of this paper: (1) Northwestern area material industry EMIS is an information management system through a computer network based on an open platform, combining with environmental monitoring business and management. Easy to use, pay more attention to the consistency of the environment data.
