圆柱壳体全频段振动声辐射特性研究

【摘要】 海洋环境噪声是目前海洋环境污染的一个突出问题,其中水下航行器产生的噪声是海洋环境噪声的主要来源。航行器内部机械结构激励壳体振动,并带动周围流体介质扰动从而产生声辐射,这不仅影响海洋环境同时严重影响了水下航行器自身的整体性能。有限长圆柱壳体是潜艇、鱼雷等各种水下航行器舱段的主要构成形式,因此研究流体介质中有限长圆柱壳体振动声辐射特性具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。 本文在研究简单结构振动声辐射的基础理论上,讨论了几种有限长圆柱壳体在流场中振动声辐射的解析计算方法。针对加肋情况下结构较为复杂的圆柱壳体,建立了其有限元和边界元分析模型,借助ANSYS及SYSNOISE软件通过数值方法计算了壳体在流场中的振动声辐射特性,分析了肋骨对壳体振动声辐射的影响。 为了计算圆柱壳体高频即其临界频率附近时的振动声辐射响应,本文采用统计能量分析方法建立了圆柱壳体在流场中的SEA分析模型,解决了有限元、边界元方法所无法解决的高频计算问题。 结合各种分析方法的优缺点,本文总结出一套适合于全频段的圆柱壳体在流场中的振动声辐射计算方法,为研究复杂结构的振动声辐射问题提供了基础,同时对控制水下航行器辐射噪声的研究具有重要的理论指导意义。
【Abstract】 Noise radiated from underwater aircraft is an increasingly very important ocean environmental pollution at present. The shell vibration drove by the inner engine, when coupled with the liquid medium, which will not only affect the ocean environment but also affect the performance of the vessels badly. Finite cylindrical shells with stiffeners are just major structures of cabin on the submerged or underwater vehicles. Thus it has very important theoretic value and practicality to research sound-vibration characteristic of the finite cylindrical shell with stiffener.On the basis of the sound-vibration radiation of the simple structure, numerical analysis of vibration and sound radiation efficiency about a few kinds of the finite length cylindrical shells in the fluid are disused. The FEM and BEM analysis matrix are built for the complicated cylindrical shell with stiffen ribs. By use of the software ANSYS and SYSNOISE, the response of the sound and vibration radiation of shells are computed, the influence of the shell vibration drove by ribs are analyzed.In order to compute the response of the vibration radiation of the shells at the critical frequency, the SEA methods are adopted to build the cylindrical shells in the fluid, which is useful to obtain the rule of noise radiation in high frequency.As can be seen from the above conclusions, good techniques are provided to compute the sound-vibration radiation in the fluid in the whole frequencies, which provide the basis for studying the sound-vibration radiation of the complicated structures and are of great meaning to control the radiation noise of the vessels.
