基于FF现场总线的先进控制的应用研究

【摘要】 现场总线控制系统(FCS)是近年来控制系统发展的方向之一,研究现场总线的核心技术和相关应用,对提高我国企业的工业现代化控制水平有着重要的作用。本课题以实际应用为主要目标,将理论研究与实际应用相结合,基于基金会现场总线(FF)构造了测控平台,针对现场总线的发展现状,在此基础上对现场总线技术的若干问题进行了开发研究,主要研究内容如下: 1)针对目前现场总线控制系统的发展现状,研究了在现场总线控制系统中集成先进控制的三种方法和需要解决的问题,可为现场总线在企业中更深更广的应用提供理论指导。 2)通过深入研究FF现场总线的协议标准和关键技术,设计了基于FF现场总线的测控平台,并且介绍了本测控平台中所选用的软硬件的基本实现原理。其中,液位、压力、流量等控制对象在工业过程中具有一定的代表性,可为设计工业过程控制系统提供了一定的借鉴。同时有利于现场总线技术的推广和应用,为现场总线技术研究者提供软硬件支持。 3)针对本测控平台中大纯滞后温度对象,对模糊控制理论进行了研究,仿真结果发现:模糊PID控制效果明显优于传统PID控制。本文详细讲述了该先进控制算法在温度控制系统中的实现过程,可为实际工业过程中先进控制算法的实现,提供参考。
【Abstract】 Foundation fildbus control system is the direction of control system development in recent years, so the study about fieldbus core technology and relative application can take an important part in improving our industry control level. We integrate theory study and practical application, design a measure and control flat roof, and do a lot of research on it, the main content is as follows:1) Aim at the development actuality of fieldbus control system, we study the methods and questions of integrating advanced control in fieldbus control system which can give a theory guide for fieldus application.2) According to studying protocol standard and key technique of foundation fieldbus, we design measure and control plat roof based on foundation fieldbus, and introduce the basic realization theory of hardware and software in this plat roof. the objects such as liquid level and pressure are very typical in industry. The design provides an example for industry process control system, and is benefit to the popularize and application of foundation fieldbus technique, and provides software and hardware help for the foundation fieldbus technique researchers.3) We apply OPC technology, complete fuzzy PID control arithmetic aimed at big delay-time temperature object in this plat roof, and offer a method of realizing advanced control in fieldbus control system. In practical industry process control system, referred to this implemention, other advanced control arithmetics can also realize.
