基于VRML的三叉杆式万向联轴器虚拟设计系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 虚拟设计技术是近年来发展起来的一个新的研究领域,它综合运用了现代多种高新技术,是目前科技界、企业界广泛关注和研究的热点,三叉杆式万向联轴器是一种新型的等角速联轴器,它的设计和制造成为联轴器行业的研究热点。本文研究了基于VRML三叉杆式万向联轴器虚拟设计系统的开发。采用VRML与Java相结合建立联轴器虚拟原型的思想,建立了虚拟设计系统的框架,实现了该虚拟设计系统对联轴器的参数化空间建模、三维图形实时显示和运动仿真。 本文建立了基于VRML和Java的虚拟设计系统框架,从原理、方法和步骤等方面阐述了滑移式和滑块式联轴器的虚拟设计系统实现过程,对系统的实现方法从软件的整体设计和各组成模块设计等方面进行了说明。采用Java编程语言建立了该系统的设计平台,通过Script节点和基于事件处理的JSAI、外部编程接口EAI相结合的机制,扩展VRML动态交互功能的数据传送,通过JDBC—ODBC桥的形式实现系统平台与Access数据库的数据传送,最终通过实时创建VRML文件来实现联轴器虚拟场景的建立。系统实现了三叉杆式万向联轴器的参数化造型、三维图形的实时显示、交互控制及辅助优化和运动仿真等功能。论文还通过运行实例对软件的使用和操作进行了介绍和说明,在论文最后对本课题的研究进行了总结和展望。 三叉杆式万向联轴器虚拟设计系统的实现,使得用户能够快速地对该联轴器进行设计和运动仿真,缩短了联轴器设计周期,提高了设计质量,促进了新型产品的快速推广。同时也证明了本文所提出的基于VRML和Java进行虚拟设计系统开发的基本思想是可行的,它可以充分利用Java和VRML技术本身的优点,来提高系统的性能。 本文的研究,将为深入研究三叉杆式万向联轴器虚拟设计系统的开发奠定初步基础,为我国虚拟设计的应用、发展起到一定的促进作用。

【Abstract】 Virtual design technology is a new research field in recent years, which combined many kinds of advanced technologies and is one of key point who is focused by science and technology field and enterprises. Tripod universal joint, a kind of new constant velocity coupling, whose design and manufacture are the key points of coupling industry. In this paper, we give some introduction on virtual design system executer of tripod universal coupling based on application of VRML. We integrate VRML and Java to design this dummy system and establish the frame of this virtual design system so that it realized the modeling with parameters, three-dimensional display and movement simulation.With this paper, we describe the performance procedures of virtual design system for slider coupling from the facets of its theory, ways and processes. We also give some introduction about whole design and model components on how to realize the target of software system and design frame. We create this system by Java computer language, in order to make the system more interactive, expanded the date transfer of control principle using Script node, JSAI and EAI, and Java has a good communication with computer and some other computer software, so that our virtual design system is easier to transfer the data from system to Access data severed by JDBC-ODBC bridge, which will let the system create the VRML files and perform the coupling created under virtual system with many functions such as modeling with parameters, three dimension display, movement simulation and etc. For easier understanding of this system, we list some examples in this paper introduction.With this system, the clients can make a quickly design and movement simulation of coupling. It is proved that it can short the coupling development time and enhance the design characters under this system with the application of Java and VRML.
