硅氢加成改性二烯丙基双酚A环氧树脂及其基本性能研究

【摘要】 有机硅改性环氧树脂是环氧树脂改性的重要方法之一,广泛用于耐高温涂料、胶粘剂和电子灌封料。通过硅羟基与环氧基开环加成的改性方法存在环氧值降低和生成的硅酸烷基酯易水解的缺陷。通过硅氢加成反应改性含双键环氧树脂可以不消耗环氧基团从而提高固化后交联密度,不生成硅氧碳键从而提高水解稳定性。这种方法在改善环氧树脂韧性、耐热性、内应力的同时,必然在耐水、耐湿热、耐候性方面较一般有机硅改性环氧树脂更突出。 本论文以4,4-二烯丙基双酚A为原料合成含烯丙基双键的环氧树脂二烯丙基双酚A二缩水甘油醚(DADGEBA),而后经硅氢加成反应把硅烷结构连入环氧树脂分子,得到硅烷化环氧树脂(SEP)。采用FTIR、NMR等测试方法对合成出的硅烷化环氧树脂进行了结构表征,同时采用盐酸—丙酮法测定了环氧树脂的环氧值,采用GPC法测定环氧树脂的相对分子质量。对硅烷化环氧树脂的环氧基团及硅烷结构的反应特性进行了研究,并且测定了树脂的力学性能及与其他材料的混合性能。 结果表明,SEP分子上的硅烷结构是DADGEBA上的烯丙基双键与三甲氧基硅烷硅氢加成反应连接上的,在SEP中1位与2位加成产物之比为6.44:1。DADGEBA、SEP的相对分子质量与理论值十分接近。与E-51相比,SEP固化时凝胶时间较长。SEP反应热较小,反应过程比较平缓;而

【Abstract】 It is of great significance to modify epoxy resins with organosilicon. Hydrosilylation is used to link allyl - containing epoxy resin and hydrogen-containing organosilicon without reducing epoxy value and forming silicon - oxygen - carbon bond. The resultant epoxy - organosilicon hybrid has high crosslinking density and hydrolyzing stability.In this paper, 4,4-diallyl bisphenol A was utilized to synthesize diallyl-containing epoxy resin, then trimethoxylsilane and allyl-containing epoxy resin were reacted via hydrosilylation to obtain a novel siliconized epoxy resin (SEP). FTIR and NMR were adopted to characterize the structure of SEP. Epoxy value and molecular weight were tested by hydrochloric acid -acetone and GPC method. Epoxy group reaction curing and moisture-curing were studied and mechanical properties and blending properties were tested as well.Results showed that SEP were synthesized by hydrosilylation of allyl-containing epoxy resin and trimethoxylsilane.
