【摘要】 以循环经济理念来建设生态城市，是一个全新的概念，还处于探索阶段。本研究力求把循环经济与生态城市结合起来，赋予生态城市循环经济的可持续发展的内涵。 论文第一章概述了生态城市、循环经济的基本理论。 第二章提出了循环经济型生态城市的概念模型，指出循环经济型生态城市是将发展循环经济作为生态城市建设的核心和突破口，以可循环再利用的资源和环境为物质基础发展经济，以生态系统的生态链为模仿模式构筑生产、消费、分解体系，以物流、能流、信息流的畅通为主线优化物质代谢途径的社会—经济—自然复合生态系统。最后从经济发展、环境保护、物质代谢、结构特征、社会进步五个方面建立了循环经济型生态城市的评价指标体系。 第三、四、五章探讨了城市循环经济体系构建过程中的关键技术环节。第三章重点探讨了循环经济发展过程中关键产业的选择机制；第四章从产业纵向一体化和横向耦合两个角度，探讨了产业链延伸与拓展的限制因素；第五章探讨了生态工业的共生关系和组织模式问题。指出循环经济产业体系构建中应注重关键产业的筛选及其作用的发挥。同时在产业链的延伸上，应寻求以非完全市场方式协调生态产业更多还原

【Abstract】 It is a brand-new concept to construct eco-city based on the idea of circular economy and is still in its exploration stage. In this paper, the author strived to integrate the circular economy and the eco-city and to endow eco-city with the sustainable development connotation of circular economy.The theories on eco-city and circular economy were summarized in Chapter I.The conceptual model of circular economic eco-city was put forward in Chapter II. It was pointed put that circular economy eco-city referred to a social-economic-natural complex eco-system in which the development of circular economy was regarded as the core and breakthrough for the eco-city construction, the economic development was based on the recyclable and reusable resources and environment, the production, consumption, and decomposition system was constructed by imitating the ecological chains of ecosystem, and the substance metabolism was optimized by mainly expediting the flows of material, energy and更多还原
