注射成型止逆环的数值模拟和实验研究

【摘要】 随着人们对注射制品质量要求的不断提高和新的注射成型物料的不断出现,注射制品的质量控制越来越引起人们的重视。过去人们把重点放在了两个方面。一是在注射成型机中采用精密的控制系统。二是提高和发展流动模拟,对注射熔料进入模腔的过程进行三维计算机模拟。而关于聚合物熔体在注射螺杆和止逆环之间的流动过程以及止逆环的设计对制品质量的影响等的研究涉及较少。 针对这一情况,本课题对注射成型止逆环中的非牛顿流体等温流动进行了三维模拟分析,运用Solidworks及Gambit软件建立流道的几何模型和有限元模型,应用Fluent软件对模型进行了模拟,得到了熔体在止逆环流道中流动的速度场、压力场、剪切速率场及粘度场的分布,对不同止逆环结构模拟结果进行比较,并用正交实验研究了三小件螺杆头、止逆环、密封环的不同参数与成型制品质量之间的关系,主要得到以下结论: 1、在注射成型的塑化阶段,流过止逆环所产生的压力降首先迅速增加并很快会达到一个峰值,随后压力降会开始缓慢下降,在达到稳态后,压力降将基本趋于一个恒定的值。而在注射成型的注射阶段,流过止逆环所产生的压力降首先增加,随后压力降开始逐渐下降。注

【Abstract】 Injection molding is one of the important methods for polymer processing. In past, most attention has been placed on improving the quality of injection molded parts. Two areas have received most of this attention. One is the implementation of sophisticated controls to injection molding machines. The second is the improvement and development of quasi-three dimensional computer simulations for the injection of molten polymer into the mold. One aspect that has not received a thorough investigation is the processing of the polymer between injection and the non-return valve.To the question, in this paper isothermal flow analysis of non-Newtonian fluid in channel of non-return valve is concerned, use software of Solidworks and Gambit to build an geometric model and finite element model, then three-dimensional flow simulations of the non-return valve in injection molding machine are performed with a finite volume package, FLUENT.
