【摘要】 本论文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、归纳整理法、实验法，对同济大学体育教学管理信息系统进行了全面的分析和研究，主要以体育教学计划、体育教学资源、体育教学运行、体育教学质量与评价的等四个方面作为研究内容，并对体育教学管理信息系统进行开发与应用研究，力求为普通高校体育教学管理提供科学、现代、规范的管理手段，以提高体育教学管理的质量和效率。 本论文选取同济大学体育教学管理信息系统作为研究对象，将普通高校体育教学管理部门的领导及管理工作人员作为问卷调查对象，并对问卷调查的结果进行了分析，得出了指标重要性排序表。主要得到以下结论： 1．普通高校体育教学管理信息系统的开发与应用对促进普通高校体育教学管理工作具有重要意义，可以有效提高体育教学管理质量和效率。 2．本研究开发的体育教学管理信息系统主要包括体育教学计划、体育教学资源、体育教学运行、体育教学质量与评价等四个一级系统，实现了体育教学信息资源共享化，有效提高了体育教学管理质量和效率。 3．在体育教学计划管理信息子系统中，主要包括国家、学校、体育教学部门的教学计划(教学大纲、体育教学部教学计划、各教研室教学计划及教师教案)。并开发了国家、学校、体育教学部(教学大纲、部教学计划、教研室教学计划、教师教学计划)子系统，实现了体育教学计划管理的无纸化，提交、查询的远程化。 4．在体育教学资源管理信息子系统中，主要包括人力资源、教学经费、教学设施、教学基本建设和教学与发展研究。并开发了人力资源管理(教师基本信息、教师基础津贴)子系统，实现了教师基本信息的统计和教师基础津贴的核算自动化，核对、修改网络化，教师基本信息和基础津贴查询的远程化。 5．在体育教学运行管理信息子系统中，主要包括日常教学、群体工作、运动队工作、教学工作量、教学文件。并开发了学生选课、体育成绩处理子系统，实现了体育选课的远程化、体育成绩统计的自动化。 6．在体育教学质量与评价管理信息子系统中，主要包括教学质量监控、分析与评价。并开发了体育教学质量监控子系统，实现了体育教学课评教网络化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dissertation covers an overall analysis and study on the development and application of management information system for college P.E. teaching administration with the help of the following research methods: wide documents selections, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, systemization and deduction, testing, etc.. It focuses on the programs and plans for P. E education, teaching operation management, educational quality and evaluation, as well as developing a suitable and practical management information system for sports education and management, hoping to develop a scientific, up-dated and normalized system so as to improve the quality and efficiency of college P. E teaching administration.The P. E. Teaching; Management Information System of Tongji University is regarded as the target investigated in the paper. The object of the all the questionnaires covers the directors in charge of each branch and each office as well as all the administrators of the Department, from whom we get more reliable data. Through careful and technical study, the related results and the related indexes come out in the order of importance. Thus the conclusions have been drawn as follows:1. The development and building of college PE teaching management information system plays an important role for the improvement of the college P. E teaching administration, and optimizes obviously the quality and efficiency of college P. E teaching administration.2. Management information system for P. E teaching administration, which is in ths research developed, is mainly consists of four First Sub-systems: P. E educational programs and plans, teaching resources, teaching operations, educational quality and evaluation, this system has realizes the wide share of P. E. teaching information and optimizes impactfully the quality and efficiency of college P. E teaching administration.3. The first sub-system, named P. E teaching programs and plans management system, mainly contains programs and plans made by the state, by the university and those by P. E. Department of Tongji University (details such as teaching syllabus, the general teaching plans of the Department, teaching plans made by the individual sports offices and even the specific teaching processes directed under each coaches).
