【摘要】 在21世纪知识经济的时代背景下，人才成为社会第一生产力。为了顺应时代的发展，近年来我国培训市场发展迅猛，与此同时催生了培训讲师职业的形成。但是在培训讲师成为很多人心目中具有光环、富有前景的职业的同时，也暴露出不少亟待解决的问题，如新手入行缺乏专业准备和准入要求；虽然一些优秀讲师是培训界的骄傲，但培训讲师队伍整体素质不高、水平参差不齐；无论是从培训讲师自身还是从整个培训行业来看，专业发展的自主意识和自为能力不强等。凡此种种，将成为整个培训市场发展的瓶颈。因此尽快提升培训讲师队伍的专业水平是确保整个行业健康发展的关键因素之一，也成为业内关注的焦点。 如何根据培训讲师的职业特点为培训讲师提供一条切实可行的专业发展途径是本文关注的重点。本文首先从目前培训市场发展的现状入手，以培训讲师和教师专业发展理论为指导，根据研究初期对部分培训讲师访谈的结果，设计了《上海市咨询公司培训讲师群体现状调查问卷》。问卷调查的样本是252个签约于咨询公司的培训讲师，地域范围主要集中在长三角地区，以上海为重点，辐射周边浙江和江苏两省。论文较全面而深入地从七个方面对这些样本数据根据SPSS统计软件形成的结果进行了分析，并在较为全面地掌握培训讲师队伍的总体现状之基础上，重点就适合培训讲师职业特点的一种专业发展途径——档案袋技术及其应用进行了探讨。 论文的结构和各部分内容如下： 第一部分绪论，包括研究课题的提出，研究的设想和研究的技术路线等。 第二部分专业发展理论综述，包括培训讲师专业发展研究，教师专业发展理论综述和教师专业发展研究对本研究的启示。由于目前对培训讲师专业发展途径的研究太少，我主要通过借鉴教师专业发展理论对培训讲师专业发展进行研究。 第三部分培训讲师现状的调查结果及分析，主要包括培训讲师群体的基本情况、培训讲师承担的课程类别、培训讲师的工作压力情况、培训讲师的工作价值感情况、培训讲师的薪酬情况、培训讲师的持证情况、培训讲师的专业发展情况、研究结论等。这部分通过对培训讲师基本状况较为全面的分析了解，为提出合适的培训讲师专业化发展途径奠定基础。 第四部分培训讲师专业发展途径——档案袋技术。根据理论研究、数据统计结果以及访谈结果，本文提出建立“培训讲师档案袋”作为培训讲师专业发展的自主性途径之一。本部分包括培训讲师档案袋的概念、特点、内容等，还包括如何开发培训讲师档案袋以及培训讲师档案袋设计的实例等。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has entered the knowledge-based economy ages and the talent has become the first productivity since 21st century. To adjust the development of the times, the rapid development of the training market has promoted the emergence of trainers as an occupation. Because of the rapid development of training market and lack of proper market development guidelines, it will cause the unclear training market direction, so that the overall quality of trainers is not high as expected. How to enhance the level of trainers’ professional development has become the focus of the whole industry.The focus of the paper will be on how to provide the trainers with a very practical way to promote the professional development according to the occupation characteristics of the trainers. Firstly, this paper summarized the current situation of the development of training market, secondly, it provided an overview of teacher’s professional development theory, and thirdly, this paper did an investigation of the status of trainers in seven aspects. During the research of the trainers’ status, I designed "Trainers’ status questionnaire from consulting companies of Shanghai" according to interviewing results in my initial research on the part of trainers. The study sample was from 252 trainers who have contracted with consulting firms, mainly concentrated in the Yangtze geographical areas, with Shanghai as the focus of radiation surrounding Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces. On the basis of these studies, this paper has put forward a way of professional development which can help trainers to develop and learn independently-"Trainers’ Portfolio."Part 1 provides an introduction, including research topics, research ideas and research techniques line.Part 2 provides an overview of professional development theory, including the professional development of trainers, an overview of teacher’s professional development and the revelation of teacher’s professional development theory.
