【摘要】 随着市场竞争日趋激烈，企业纷纷寻求有效的方法最大限度地提高产品的质量，降低产品的成本，缩短产品开发的周期，力求在激烈的市场中占据有利的位置，因为研究产品数据管理(PDM)与企业资源计划(ERP)集成的文献越来越多，多年来企业都在积极探索如何改变传统的设计制造模式，以充分利用企业现有的资源，使设计和生产效率大幅度提高。PDM和ERP都是20世纪末出现的技术，PDM偏重于设计领域，ERP偏重于生产领域，因此PDM与ERP的集成是必然的。BOM(bill of material)是PDM与ERP的交汇点，而一般的文献只是提到了BOM的重要性，对BOM具体的形式和内容研究不多，本文针对制造企业，从企业信息集成的角度出发，对BOM的定义、分类，物料编码的形成及BOM的遍历算法进行详细分析，最终实现了把BOM的遍历技术应用到物料需求计划的编制中。 本文以南昌大学基金项目《基于CAD设计实现产品快速配置与报价的集成系统》作为具体的应用对象。并打算以这些研究成果为依据，开发出满足企业实际需求的商品软件。 最后本文进行了总结，提出了本系统应该进一步完善的工作内容，并对BOM的管理及应用作出了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 With more and more market competition appearing day by day, In order to occupy the advantageous position in the intense market, the enterprise are seeking the effective method to improve the product quality and reduce product cost, reduce product development’s cycle as possible. Because more and more research literature about product data management (PDM) and the enterprise resources plan (ERP) ’s integration, Many enterprises are exploring positively how to changes traditional the design manufacture pattern, in order to use completely enterprise existing resources and improve design and production efficiency as more as possible. Both PDM and ERP appeared in 20 century’s end, PDM stresses to the design domain, ERP stresses to the realm of production, so PDM and the ERP integration is the inevitable tendency. BOM (bill of material) is PDM and the ERP junction’s point, But the common literature mentioned only BOM importance , but BOM concrete form and the content research are not much. This article’s research object is manufacture enterprise, it researched the definition, the classification, the material code and calendar algorithm of BOM. At the end this article realized that BOM calendar technology has applied in material demand plan.This article takes the concrete application object by the Nanchang University fund project, plan take these research resultses as the basis, develops meets the enterprise actual need commodity software.Finally, this article has carried on the summary, proposed this system should further consummate the work content, and has made the forecast to the BOM management and the application.更多还原
