【摘要】 设备管理是企业管理中的一项重要组成部分，它是企业生产的基础和保证。而备件库存管理又是设备正常运转的前提，是设备维修资源管理的主要内容。目前我国许多企业普遍存在备件消耗高、库存高和采购成本高等问题，这样必然会使企业在市场中失去竞争力。这些问题的解决只能依靠管理技术的进步和管理水平的提高。针对这些情况，本文建立了一种基于智能决策支持的备件库存管理系统，对备件进行有效管理。 本文首先对备件库存管理的理论进行了研究，分析了备件库存管理的基本特征，研究了备件库存管理的基本内容，提炼出了备件库存管理的决策问题。在分析目前常用的备件分类控制方法的不足的基础上，提出了一种基于BP神经网络的备件ABC分类模型，并给出了应用实例。研究了备件库存分类控制模型，根据不同的备件分类，选用不同的库存控制模型。 采用基于Web技术的B／S系统体系结构；对本系统的数据库进行了设计；重点从计划管理、采购管理、仓库管理、系统管理和智能决策支持等模块对本系统进行详细设计。采用面向对象技术来实现模型的管理，对模型类的定义、模型的组织、存储、调用和运行提出了相应的解决方案。给出了知识的获取途径、面向对象的知识表示方法和知识推理的过程。 最后，对本论文进行了总结，提出了本系统应该进一步完善的工作内容，并对备件库存管理系统的发展做出展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management of equipment is an important Constituent of enterprise management, it is the foundation and the guarantee of the enterprise produces. But the management of spare parts inventory is also the premise of equipment’s normal work, and the main content of equipment service resource management. At present, many enterprises face many problems, such as high consume of spare parts, high inventory and high cost of stock, and so on. This can cause the enterprise to lose the ability of competitive in the market inevitably. Approach to these questions only can depend upon the progress of the management technology and the enhancement of management level. In the view of these situations, this dissertation establishes one kind spare parts inventory management system based on the intelligent decision support to carry on the management of the spare parts effectively.The dissertation begins with the research to the theory of spare parts inventory management, and analyses the basic characteristic of spare parts inventory management, and researches to the basic content of spare parts inventory management, and refines the decision questions of spare parts inventory management. On the base of analyzing the disadvantage of the present methods of spare parts classification control, putting forwards one kind of method for spare parts ABC classification, which based on BP neural network, and supplies the application example.
