一种新型壳聚糖絮凝剂的合成及其对印染废水的脱色研究

【摘要】 随着工业化进程的不断加深,有机污染物的种类日益增加,环境治理的成本也逐年上升。新型絮凝剂的研发与应用已成为环境领域的一大热点,开发新的絮凝剂不但可以降低污水处理成本而提高经济效益,还可以减少二次污染,从而带来更大的环境效益。 本文使用壳聚糖合成了一种新型、高效的脱色剂来处理印染废水。脱色剂对选用的染料的脱色率都能达到90%以上。实验表明:当合成温度控制在60度左右,壳聚糖:双氰胺:催化剂:甲醛:盐酸的质量比为1:5:1.25:6:6时,合成的脱色剂对染料废水的脱色效果为最佳。 此外本论文还对单独的壳聚糖对活性红195染料进行了脱色研究,并对壳聚糖与活性红195染料之间相互作用的机理以及干扰剂对脱色效果的影响进行了初步探讨。 本研究为进一步的脱色剂的研发奠定理论基础和实验依据。

【Abstract】 Research of new pattern of coagulation is becoming the hotspot in the fiel d of environment due to the deepening of industry. Using the proper coagulatio n can bring both economic and environmental interests.In this paper, a new kind of highly efficient decolorizer was synthesized with chitosan to treat the dye wastewater. The decolorization rates of the 2 typ es of dye chosen under the tests were all over 90%. The results of experiment showed that under the conditions of the reaction temperature is 60℃, chitosan / dicyandiamine / catalyzer / formaldehyde / hydrochloric acid (mass ratio)= 1: 5: 1.25: 6: 6, the decolourization rate of decolouriser is best.In addition, a study on the decolouration of reactive red 195 by single chi tosan is presented. The study also discussed elementarily the reaction between chitosan and reactive red 195, and the effects of adsorption interferents. This study forms the basis for exploring the new type of decolouriser.
