【摘要】 为了全面、真实地了解高等教育大众化阶段江西省高校大学生心理健康状况，客观地认识存在的问题，推动高校心理健康教育工作的开展，本文采用问卷调查法、文献法、访谈法等方法，在对江西省28所高校共4123名大学生开展心理健康状况调查的基础上，分析探讨了影响大学生心理健康的因素及相应的心理健康教育对策。 调查表明，江西省高校大学生总体心理健康状况比扩招前有所下降，同时存在着性别、年级、学校类型、独生子女与非独生子女、城乡等的差异性。 本文认为目前影响大学生心理健康状况的外在因素主要来自社会、家庭和学校；影响大学生心理健康的内在因素主要有：大学生的身心发展特点、人格特征、自我意识的发展水平等。 为加强高校心理健康教育工作的针对性，本文认为可从以下几个方面着手：1、高等教育大众化阶段高校心理健康教育要有新思路，应立足教育，重在建设；2、高等教育大众化阶段高校心理健康教育要有新内容，要围绕培养大学生良好的心理素质和健全人格开展工作；3、高等教育大众化阶段高校心理健康教育要进行手段与方法的创新，努力拓宽心理健康教育工作的途径和方法；4、高等教育大众化阶段高校要加强心理健康教育师资队伍建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know virally and truly the university students’ psychological health status in Jiangxi province of the popular stage of higher education, to realize the existing problem objectively and push university psychological health education work, the article uses the methods such as investigating, referring to literature, interviewing, and on the basis of investigating 28 universities and 4123 university students in all in Jiangxi province, anglicized and discussed the factor that affected the university student’ psychological health and the corresponding psychological health education countermeasure.we find that, the psychological health status of university students’ drops in the mass after the university expanding . And there are differences among genders, grades, school levels, between only one-child and non-only child, urban and rural areas university students.This paper argues that at present the external factors influencing university students’ psychological health mainly come from society, family and school. And the internal factors mainly as follows: their body and mind development characteristic, personality characteristic, the development of self-awareness, etc.In order to strengthen the pertinence of psychological health education, this article proposes some countermeasures: 1, Facing the popular stage of higher education, there should be new thinking in the educational reform of the psychological health education, so we should base the education and Strengthening construction. 2, There should be new contents in the psychological health education of popular stage of higher education, so we must curry out work revolve to raise the university student s’ good psychological quality and the perfect personality. 3, We should carry on the innovation of means and methods to the psychological health education of popular stage of higher education, working hard to open up the way and the methods of the psychological health education work. 4, We should strengthen the team of persons qualified to teach psychological health before the popular stage of higher education.更多还原
