自密实堆石混凝土力学性能的实验研究和数值模拟

【摘要】 自密实堆石混凝土是指利用自密实混凝土的高流动、抗分离性能好以及自流动的特点,在粒径较大的块石(实际工程中可采用块石粒径在500mm以上)内随机充填自密实混凝土而形成的混凝土堆石体,简称堆石混凝土Rock-fill Concrete(RFC)。自密实堆石混凝土是清华大学和南华大学正在研究的一项新的筑坝施工技术,可广泛应用于堆石混凝土拱坝以及围堰、港口、海工、护坡、块石胶结充填采矿等结构中。由于所用的块石粒径较大,从而可减少堆石混凝土体中的水泥用量,降低绝热温升;利用混凝土的高流动性能进行自充填,又可加快施工速度,节约成本。这种新型混凝土材料的关键技术是:(1)保证自密实混凝土在堆石空隙中自流充填密实,骨料不离析,不产生空隙和气泡,以获得良好的整体性能;(2)保证自密实混凝土与堆石块体间的良好界面粘结性能以获得满足强度要求的力学性能。本文结合自密实混凝土和堆石体各自的特点,充分发挥两种材料的优势,产生出一种新的混凝土材料——自密实堆石混凝土,符合混凝土材料的发展方向。新的混凝土材料类型势必对其力学性能提出要求,因此,为了研究这一新型材料的力学性能,主要进行了如下方面的工作: 首先设计了三组自密实混凝土充填堆石体的试验,以验证自密实混凝土充填堆石的可能性。在第一、二组试验中,将试件尺寸定为500×500×1500mm~3,利用一定配合比的自密实混凝土以不同的浇注方式充填到堆石体中形成堆石混凝土;第三组试验是在第一、二组试验的基础上,为了模拟自密实堆石混凝土在堆石坝中的应用,将试件尺寸扩大到1000×2000×1800mm~3,采用分层堆放,分层浇注的方法形成堆石混凝土。然后以形成的三个堆石混凝土块体为试件,采用切割取样的方法,研究自密实堆石混凝土的力学性能,其中包括堆石混凝土块体(梁)的抗弯性能、立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、弹性模量、泊松比等,并用回弹法无损检测堆石混凝土的抗压强度。最后利用ABAQUS分析软件对第一、二组试验形成的堆石混凝土试件进行数值模拟。通过本文的研究可以得出如下结论: 1) 控制自密实混凝土的自流动距离在1500mm范围内,可形成表面质量较好的堆石混凝土,而且硬化后的唯石混凝土抗压强度不低于自密实混凝土配制强

【Abstract】 By use of the characteristic of high fluid、the resisted separation property well as well as flows automatically of the self-compacting concrete, the self-compacting concrete are randomly filled to the inside of the bigger rock and the rock-filled concrete are developed. The self-compacting rock-fill concrete (RFC) appears to be the innovative techniques for building concrete dams which Tsinghua University and Nanhua university is studying. The self-compacting rock-fill concrete can be used in rock-filled arch bam、cofferdam、port、revetment etc. The cement content is less and the insulating temperature rise of concrete is reducing for the characteristic which the diameter of the rock is bigger. Owing to using the characteristic of high fluid of the self-compacting concrete, the progress of construction can be quickened and the cost can be fallen. The key technology of this kind of new material is that (1) the self-compacting concrete can fi(?)l to the inside of the rock automatically and the aggregate is not disintegrated, the gentleness bubble in space is not produced and the good impermeability can be obtained. (2) the self-compacting and the rock have good bonding performance of the interface in order to gain the satisfied mechanics properties. This paper considers the characteristic respectively of the self-compacting concrete and the rock-fill, fully exerts the material superiority and a newconcrete-The self-compacting Rock-Fill Concrete (RFC) is developed. Thistechnology fits the development direction of the concrete material. The new concrete material type certainly will put forward requirements to his mechanical properties. In order to study the mechanical properties of this new material, this paper chiefly carries on the work of following aspect:In order to verify the possibility that the self-compacting concrete can fill to the inside of the rock, three teams’ test of the self-compacting filling to the rock are designed firstly. In the first and second team of test, the specimen size is decided for 500 × 500 × 1500mm~3 and the self-compacting concrete with definite mix proportion
