卷烟厂风力送丝系统输送风速稳定性分析与控制研究

【摘要】 风力送丝(烟丝气力输送)是目前国内外卷烟厂的主要送丝方式,它的运行情况受工艺特性、施工、时间等多方面的影响,输送风速的不稳定是风送系统普遍存在的现象。如何克服输送速度不稳定,实现稳定均匀送丝,是卷烟行业一个备受关注、然而又缺乏深入研究的重要问题。基于此,本文主要研究了以下几个方面的问题。 首先针对风力送丝的工艺特征,对输送风速不稳定的原因—管网水力失调进行了分析,通过对其的表现、影响、形式、原因的研究,寻找解决的途径和办法。 然后,利用流体网络及网络图论的有关定律,建立风力送丝管网运行工况的数学模型,对风送管网进行流体网络分析。引入“基本回路分析法”对其运行工况进行定量的分析,能够快速而准确地得出风送管网的运行时的状态及各项运行参数,从而为送丝管输送风速失调找出根源。 接着对风送系统进行灵敏度分析,为其调节与控制提供了可靠的理论依据,采用了“模拟分析法”的进行实际调节,并在其基础上采用基于PROFIBUS—DP总线的风力送丝风速稳定的控制方法来控制输送风速的稳定。 最后,将“模拟分析法”的调节方法与基于PROFIBUS—DP总线的风力送丝风速稳定的控制方法应用到重庆卷烟厂风力送丝系统的实际工程当中。通过运行实例表明,此方法是可行的,提高风送系统的输送质量,达到稳定均匀送丝,证明上述研究工作在理论上和应用上都具有很大的意义和实用价值。
【Abstract】 Pneumatic conveying of cut-tobacco is the major way of cut-tobacco conveying in modern Cigarette factory. Its operating condition is affected by many factors such as operating status, constructions process and time, etc. The air velocity is unsteady in the cut tobacco pneumatic conveying pipe. In recent years, in order to carry out conveying cut -tobacco stability, how to control the air velocity is an important problem, which has been highly concerned, but not thoroughly studied Cigarette Industry, and this paper focuses on these issues.In the fist part, according to the feature of wind-power system, the paper analyzes the fundamental causes of unsteady air velocity in the cut tobacco pneumatic conveying pipe—the hydraulic disorder of the pipe network. Based on the research on performances, influences, external styles and internal causes of the pipe network of wind-power system, it gives solutions to the hydraulic disorder.The following part of paper establishes mathematical model for operating condition of pipe network of wind-power system with reference to relevant theorems and laws of fluid network and network graph theory and makes analysis to the wind-power system with it.
