柔性CAPP系统多工艺路线创成方法研究

【摘要】 随着企业信息化的发展和生产模式的不断改进,车间迫切需要计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)系统能产生出符合当前车间加工能力的多种工艺方案。它有效的解决由于传统计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)系统只能生成单一工艺规程从而大大降低了车间生产调度的灵活性的问题,使计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)系统在集成环境下发挥更重要的作用。本文提出了一种实现柔性计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)系统中多工艺路线自动创成的具体方法。在零件特征编码技术的研究中,文章以回转体机加工零件为主要研究对象,分析了零件所包含的特征类型并为每个特征设置了编码规则。文章详细描述了如何用关系数据库来实现基于产生式规则的知识库的建立,从而能更方便的管理和维护知识库。为了使多工艺方案在创成过程中避免因考虑因素过多而产生的组合爆炸问题,本文提出将车间资源属性分为动态和静态两部分,在不同的工艺设计阶段分别加以考虑。在多工艺方案的表示方法上,本文尝试用一种复合式的活动点网(AOV)来实现加工方法网络图的表示,并且提出了一种活动点网(AOV)网和复合式活动点网(AOV)的全拓扑排序的算法。最后基于以上研究成果开发了一套C/S结构的多工艺路线创成原型系统,测试验证了以上研究内容。

【Abstract】 With the development of manufacturing enterprise’informationalization and progress in production mode, Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP) system should generate alternative process routing which is applicable to the current workshop ability for production. It makes the imcompatible problem solved easily that the conventional Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP) can only generate one process and don’t adapt the product schedule. So it makes Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP) system play a very important role in integrative environment of manufacturing enterprise.An idiographic method is put forward to realize the automatic creation of alternative manufacturing processes in flexible Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP). First, the shaft is taken as the main object to research the technique of features coding in this paper. It analyzes the types of the features contained in the part and sets a coding rule for them. Then it is described in detail that how to upbuild repository based on production rule in order to administer and maintain it more conveniently. For the sake of avoiding the resultant explosion during the course of process generation caused by considering too much factors, the idea is raised that it is feasible to regard workshop resource attribute as two parts—the static and the dynamic which are considered at different step . In the paper an improved Activity On Vertex(AOV) net is proposed to represent the alternative manufacturing processes route .It also raises a new overall topological sort algorithm. At last, based on the researching achievement above, an alternative Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP) system is developed based on C/S structure, tested by the system, the researches above are validated.
