预应力碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能研究

【摘要】 碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)作为一种新材料在加固领域中得到广泛应用,但是普通的粘贴加固方法无法发挥CFRP的高强特性。一些学者和科研单位进行了预应力碳纤维布加固梁的试验研究,试验研究证明:这种加固方法可以有效地发挥CFRP的高强特性,抑制裂缝和变形的发展,改善构件在使用阶段的受力性能。加深对该项技术的研究将具有重要的意义和工程实践价值。本文在参考目前预应力碳纤维布加固梁试验研究成果的基础上,对加固梁进行数值模拟和理论计算。首先基于平截面假定、无粘结滑移假定和无粘结剥离破坏假定,采用条带划分法,运用Matlab语言对普通碳纤维布加固梁、预应力碳纤维布加固梁进行编程计算,得出加固梁的弯矩-曲率( M ??)的全过程关系曲线。其次基于上面的三个假定,选择合理的本构关系,利用ANSYS通用有限元分析程序对预应力碳纤维布加固梁进行非线性有限元分析,分析了加固梁的荷载-挠度关系、材料的应力情况、裂缝的分布情况等。最后提出了承载力计算公式和正常使用状态下挠度计算公式。在数值模拟和理论计算中均考虑了二次受力情况。对参考文献的试验梁进行数值模拟和理论计算的结果与试验相吻合,表明本文计算方法与计算公式的正确性。

【Abstract】 Carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) has been used widely in strengthening of concrete structure as a new material.But the character of high strength in CFRP can’t fully exert with general strengthening method.Some scholars and scientific research institutes performed some experimental study in strengthening reinforced concrete beams using prestressed CFRP sheets.Experimental results show that the character of high strength in CFRP exert effectually, restrain the expansion of crack and distortion,improve greatly the performance of the beams, with the strengthening method.The more study of strengthening reinforced concrete beams with prestressed CFRP sheets is important and valuable.Numerical simulation and calculation in theory are done for the beams strengthening with prestressed CFRP sheets in this paper base on the present experimental results. First,using strip-partitoning method and programming in matlab language,the numerical caculations of the relation curve between moment and curvature are done for the beams strengthened with non-prestressed and pretressed CFRP sheets,base on the assumption of plane section, non-bonding slip and non-peeled destroy.Secondly,nolinear finite elemeant analysis by ANSYS are done for the beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets base on the three assumptions before mentioned ,the analysis are all done for the relation curve between load and displacement, the distribution of material stress,the distribution of cracks.Lastly,calculation formula of flexural capacity and deflection are proposed. The effect of load history is taken into account.The method and formula confirmed by that results of numerical simulation and calculation in theory are in good agreement with the experimental results.
