虚拟样机技术在倾转旋翼设计中的应用

【摘要】 倾转旋翼机兼有直升机的悬停、垂直起降和固定翼飞机高速前飞的优点,与常规的直升机和固定翼飞机相比其动力学特性的分析相对比较复杂,尤其是倾转过程的动力学特性的分析,该过程动力学数学模型的建立相对困难,本文在研究倾转旋翼机运动过程的基础上,把虚拟样机的可视化、运动学和多体动力学等技术运用到倾转旋翼的研究、设计和分析中。本文的主要研究内容有:建立了多体系统动力学虚拟样机模型,在ADAMS软件平台下对其旋翼/机翼系统的结构动力学特性进行仿真分析,并以V22倾转旋翼机1/5缩比模型为例进行对比分析,结果表明本文所建立的多体动力学模型能够应用于倾转旋翼机的运动学和结构动力学分析、研究。以轴向涡流理论为基础,建立了适合于倾转旋翼机气动分析模型,以XV-15倾转旋翼机作为算例,通过结果的对比,表明本文的气动模型能较好的分析倾转旋翼机的气动性能,并在气动性能的基础上分析了直径变化对倾转旋翼机气动性能的影响。变直径倾转旋翼能有效的改善倾转旋翼机悬停和巡航状态下的气动效率,本文提出了变直径倾转旋翼试验模型设计方案,完成了可变直径倾转旋翼的结构设计,并利用虚拟样机技术对变直径倾转旋翼的运动特性、结构动力学特性以及结构强度进行了分析、研究。

【Abstract】 In this paper the research on the application of virtual design in the design of tilt-rotor. Make use of the commercial software to built the virtual prototyping, and the kinetic and dynamic behaviors of the tilt-rotor have been systematically simulated and studied. The main research include as follows:The virtual prototyping model has been built,and on the platform of ADAMS the dynamic property of virtual prototyping of V-22 1/5 scale model’s rotor and wing system have been simulated and studied, according to the compared result to show the feasibility to analyze the tilt-rotor with the technology of virtual prototyping.On the basis of axial vortex theory, the aerodynamic performance of tilt-rotor model has been built, and using it to analyze the aerodynamic performance of XV-15, comparing to the actual data to prove the model’s validity, finally studied the variety of aerodynamic performance relative to the variable rotor diameter.Variable diameter rotor is an effective method to improve the aerodynamic performance of tilt-rotor in both hover and cruise state. On the basis the research before, the variable diameter tilt rotor structure design has been finish, and in virtue of the technology of virtual prototyping to simulate and analyze the kinetic, dynamic and intensity property of it.
