【摘要】 本文主要研究了AHP法在数学建模以及送奶工评价与管理研究中应用的问题。层次分析法是一种定性与定量相结合的多准则决策(评价)方法,可以将人的主观判断用数量形式表达和处理。论文首先介绍了问题的背景、数学建模的发展、层次分析法的发展与理论等,指出了研究的重要意义。其次,论文中采用AHP对公务员招聘问题进行了研究与讨论,利用AHP法得出应聘人员对各工作类别的权重,通过建立最优分配模型,给出了按需择优录用分配方案,并利用此模型指导公司合理地招聘销售业务人员。同时给出了数学建模活动中应用AHP法的几点结论。最后,论文通过对送奶工现状的分析研究,运用AHP对送奶工进行了研究与评价,给送奶工管理工作提出了科学、合理的建议与措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper mainly discusses the application of AHP in the mathematical modeling and the estimation and administration of milkmen, which is a kind of multiple-criterion measures combined the quality and the quantity to illustrate subjective judgment in quantitative index. After the introduction of mathematical modeling development and AHP theory, the paper focuses on how to give the weight of interviewees to different positions and how to grant the best need-oriented contribution modeling based on the AHP research in government officers recruitment. The paper also analyses the status quo of milkmen and puts forward the estimation index and administration measures by the application of AHP to guide the recruitment of the relevant companies.更多还原
