纳米硼酸镁微粒的合成及其减摩性能的研究

【摘要】 本论文致力于作为润滑油添加剂的纳米硼酸镁微粒的合成及其抗磨减摩性能的研究工作,运用简单的纳米微粒制备方法,详细讨论了球形硼酸镁微粒和带有介孔结构的硼酸镁片状微粒的合成路线及其作为润滑油纳米添加剂的减摩性能。第一章,绪论,介绍了纳米材料的分类、性质、应用、制备方法以及摩擦学现状、润滑油现状及发展趋势。第二章,用微乳液法合成球形纳米硼酸镁微粒,克服了以往研究中合成方法的繁琐的步骤和苛刻的反应条件,使合成步骤简化、纳米微粒的粒径可控。第三章,用复分解-原位修饰方法合成了一种新的带有介孔结构的硼酸镁片状微粒,详细讨论了合成过程中各种影响因素所起的作用。第四章,对本实验室合成的硼酸镁进行了摩擦学方面的测试,检测结果表明,带有介孔结构的硼酸镁薄片微粒具有很好的减摩效果,是一种性能优良的润滑材料。本论文证实了硼酸镁作为润滑油纳米添加剂方面的优良性能,为无机纳米材料在理论和实践方面的应用提供了有利依据

【Abstract】 Nanoparticles have many special properties,such as small particle size, high surface activity and high surface energy, which make them apply in extensive field. At present, as additives of lubricant nanoparticles arouse many researchers’interest. How to improve the stability and solubility of nanopaticles is the hot issue in the field of materials science. Now many kinds of nanoparticles have been prepared and tested as additives of lubricantion. More study on synthesis nanoparticles and applying it into wearing alleviation will be benefit to improve the use of the machine equipment efficiently and longer. In the paper, We have discussed the methods of how to prepared the magnesium borate. An antifrication experiment was carried out by putting the nanoparticles into 500SN base oil in our lab.A novel approach was employed in the synthesis of magnesium borate by a new method of microemulsion using Disodium tetraborate decahydrate and Magnesium sulfate anhydrous as raw materials, TritonX-100 as a surfactant, n-Hexanol as a co-surfactant, Cyclohexane as an oil phase. Many factors have been studied ,such as different kinds of surfactant, mole ratio of H2O and surfactant, temperature, amount of Na2B4O7 and MgSO4 influencing on the magnesium borate nanoparticles
