【摘要】 在传统儒家的政治思想中,“王道”是一个有着特定涵义的术语,它体现的是儒家对理想的政治治理模式的追求。在先秦儒家的政治思想中,王道有符合道义原则的政治的含义。同时先秦儒家主要是以参验的思维方式理解的王道。在他们的思想中,王道是指先王王天下之道,也就是指夏、商、周三代所以成就王业之道,所以在那一时期,“王道”的基本内涵主要带有先王的历史经验的意思。两宋时期,随着政治思维水平的提高,朱熹发展了中国传统儒家的王道思想。他以形而上学的方式理解和把握了政治中的道义原则,使道义成为政治生活中必须服从的绝对命令。所谓王道就是符合普遍道义原则的政治,从而颠覆了先秦两汉儒家把王道等同于“先王之道”的理解。王道的基本特征是道义优先,它强调的是作为普遍道德法则的道义在政治生活中的绝对意义,表现出对政治的正当性的更高的要求。朱熹对王道的理解与西方道义论对政治的理解在一定程度上是一致的,这也表明了传统儒家对政治认识的深化,有一定的理论价值。但是由于受到传统思维的束缚,他的王道思想也不可避免地带有一定的局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thought of kingly way showed Confucian’s comprehension about politics in some extent. Along with the political thought level enhancement, ZhuXi has developed the traditional Confucian’s theory of kingly way. He had proven in metaphysics way that the kingly way was some politics conforming to the natural justice absolutely, whose basic characteristic was morality and justice first. ZhuXi’s understanding about kingly way was somewhat similar to deontology of modern west. However, on the understanding of the kingly way, ZhuXi obviously has also been restricted by Chinese tradition thinking mode, so that he has not found deontology of modern society for traditional China. Holding the ideas of morality and justice first, we could makes the logical understanding and estimate to ZhuXi’s kingly way thought, which can further deepen knows the Chinese traditional Confucians’understanding to politics. It can help us to understand the importance of morality and justice of politics. The first part of this article mainly lists the Confucians’ideas of the kingly way in their political thought. Through the inspection of pre-Ch’in and East and West-Han dynasty’s thinkers’understanding of the kingly way, makes the judgment to the traditional kingly way concept. In that period thinks has obtained the kingly way the concept of kingly way through regarding experience in historical process, specially the historical process form Xia dynasty to ChunQiu Period time. At that time, the kingly way the thinkers referred to is the way in which the Xia Shang and zhou dynasties’kings ran their states. Therefore the concept of kingly way meant mainly the kings’ historical experience. At the same time, the kingly way also had the significance conforming to morality and justice politics connotation. pre-Ch’in and East and West-Han dynasty’s thinkers’believed that the politics conforming to morality and justice was equal to the experience of saints.The second part discusses Zhu Xi’thought of kingly way that had developed the thought of to pre-Ch’in and East and West-Han dynasty’s thinkers.
