苏木乙酸乙酯提取物在同种异位心脏移植大鼠原位心脏及其他脏器中分布的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究苏木乙酸乙酯提取物在同种异位心脏移植大鼠原位心脏及肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、肺脏中分布的情况,探讨其移行成分在脏器中的选择性,为开发苏木成为免疫抑制剂而奠定基础。 方法:研究采用改良的Ono术式建立大鼠同种异位心脏移植模型,采用反相HPLC色谱法检测原位心脏及肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、肺脏中苏木乙酸乙酯提取物移行成分分布情况,常规法观察移植心脏病理组织学改变情况。 结果:在苏木乙酸乙酯提取物组的原位心脏及肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、肺脏中均可发现苏木乙酸乙酯提取物移行成分,其数量为原位心脏中有6个移行成分、肝脏中有7个移行成分、肾脏中有19个移行成分、脾脏中有7个移行成分、肺脏中有5个移行成分。 结论:苏木乙酸乙酯提取物可广泛分布于同种异位心脏移植大鼠原位心脏、肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、肺脏中;苏木乙酸乙酯提取物可以减轻同种异位心脏移植大鼠移植心脏的心肌病理组织学损害。

【Abstract】 Purpose: In this study,through researching the distrbution of the sppan acetic ether extrect in the heart and liver , kidney, spleen, thymus gland of the cardial allograft SD rat.Method: In this study, Adult heart clear inbred strain closed colony SD rat is the receiver, wistar rat is the provider, the sum is 15 respectively.build up an model of cardial allograft in big rat belly . Establish the sppan body outside chemistry composition set, the model matched control and sppan acetic ether extrect set respectively, to collect the heart and liver, kidney, spleen, thymus gland of the recepters and providers after 11 days of opration. ues the metherd of anti- mutually HPLC to examinate the distribution of sppan acetic ether extrect in the heart and liver , kidney, spleen, thymus gland of resepters and providers qualitatively , and ues microscope to examinate the the body heart pathology changes of providers .Result:we discover the sppan acetic ether extrect and metabolism outcome in heart and liver, kidney,spleen,thymus gland of providers and recepters , sppan acetic ether extract may alleviate the impairing of acute rejection to the myocardial.Conclusion: the sppan acetic ether extrect and metabolism outcome in heart and liver ,kidney,spleen,thymus gland of providers and recepters of cardial allograft rats, sppan acetic ether extract may alleviate the impairing of acute rejection with the protection function to the transplanted heart .
