基于AT89S52的车用抬头显示系统研究

【摘要】 汽车安全性是汽车消费者最关心的问题。汽车高速行驶时,特别是夜间高速行驶时,如果驾驶员低头观看仪表显示或者观看音响显示,前方遇到紧急情况就很可能来不及采取有效措施而造成交通事故。车用抬头显示系统(HUD,Head Up Dispaly),可以在汽车行驶过程中为驾驶员提供汽车的关键数据,比如油量、车速、已行驶里程等,从而提高了驾车的舒适度,保障了驾驶员和乘客的安全。目前车用抬头显示系统已经在国外很多车型上得到初步应用。而在国内,由于价格和车内空间等因素,HUD只出现在国内一些高档车型上。考虑到国内汽车绝对数量的迅速增加和交通设施有限之间的矛盾,有必要使车用抬头显示系统得到普及。因此,我们首先要解决的问题是在不明显降低显示质量的基础上降低系统造价。本论文的工作就是以AT89S52为核心,采用单片机+CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)的设计模式为车用抬头显示系统的普及做应用研究。论文分五个章节:第一章介绍了课题研究背景和系统主控芯片,提出了论文的主要工作。第二章完成的工作是,根据任务提出的要求,选择了所使用的单片机AT89S52,拟订了系统组成方案,完成了系统的电路硬件总体设计。然后利用PROTELL99SE平台完成PCB图的设计和制板工作,根据芯片资料设计出供电模块,信号采集模块,单片机系统,日历时钟芯片,键盘输入,液晶显示系统,可编程控制模块和各个模块间接口。第三章在分析整个硬件电路需要实现的功能的基础上,采用模块化设计方法在Keil开发环境中完成各个功能模块的软件设计和调试,在分调完成的情况下,除去分调时编写的特殊程序段,再将各个功能模块连接在一起进行联调。调试完毕后,使用μVision2内嵌的dScope for Windows进行软件仿真(Simulator)。第四章建立了瞬时双眼视场的简化理论模型;在此模型基础上找出了影响双眼视场的几个关键参数;分析了眼睛到显示图象的距离和显示图象的俯角(angle of depsession)这两个参数对视觉舒适性的影响,并结合实验作出了理论分析;最后指出为提高视觉舒适性必须为用户提供颜色和背光灯的选择功能。第五章对全文进行总结,提出了系统最终上车应用前必须解决的问题。
【Abstract】 Vehicle safety is one of the most important problems that people usually concern about. When a car is at high speed, especially at night, if the driver lowers his head to watch meters or audio display, he will not take effective measures in time when some emergencies appear suddenly. The vehicle head-up display system (HUD) will provide drivers with some critical data when driving, such as fuel amount, speed, mileage that has been traveled and so on, which enhance the driving comfort and ensure the safety of the drivers and passengers.At present, HUD has some preliminary applications in many cars in foreign countries. On the other hand, due to the price and limited space in cars, HUD has only appeared in some domestic high-grade cars. In view of the contradiction between the rapid increase in the number of domestic cars and the limited transport facilities, it is necessary to realize the HUD’s popularization. Therefore, we must lower the cost without decreasing the display quality apparently. This paper is focused on AT89S52 using MCU +CPLD.This paper includes five chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, the system control chips, and the main jobs. MCU AT89S52 is selected in the second chapter. It draws out the system scheme and completes the circuit hardware design. PCB board is finished by using PROTELL99SE. Power supply module, signal-sampling module, MCU, keyboard input, LCD module, and CPLD are designed. The third chapter completes the software design and the debugging in Keil environment. Then soft simulation is completed by dScope for Windows that is embedded inμVision2. The fourth chapter establishes the instantaneous FOV theory model. Several key parameters that affect FOV are identified. The effects of distance from images to the eyes and the angle of depression on the visual comfort are analyzed. The fifth chapter is a conclusion of the research.
