基于网络的快速成型远程服务系统的研究

【摘要】 快速成形技术被认为是近20年制造技术领域的一次重大突破,其对制造业的影响可与数控技术的出现相比。RP系统综合了机械工程、CAD、数控技术、激光技术及材料科学技术,可以自动、直接、快速、精确地将设计思想转化为具有一定功能的原型或直接制造零件/模具,有效地缩短了产品的研究开发周期。快速成型技术与网络技术的结合必将是时代发展的趋势,结合网络技术可加快RP技术的发展和推广,使快速成型技术服务于企业,缩短企业生产周期。本文以快速成型制造中心为对象,研究了基于WEB的快速成型制造远程服务系统。本文重点研究了基于Web的快速成型系统远程服务的系统结构和关键技术,主要内容包括:1)对于快速成型制造中心的服务功能进行了研究,设计了中心服务的功能模块,提出了采用ASP,ActiveX等技术实现的三层浏览器/服务器结构模型。2)研究了网络服务的软件技术,分析了ASP,COM技术和ActiveX的工作方法及开发技术。3)分析了RP加工工艺选择的因数,提出了多目标模糊评价体系,设计了网络RP工艺选择的优化算法。在IIS平台上,利用ASP,ADO,SQL实现了RP加工工艺参数的远程查询服务功能。4)深入分析了STL文件的结构以及其三角面片具有的固有缺陷,设计了STL模型文件的的拓扑结构,提出了缺陷检查和修补程序算法。5)研究了基于OPENGL技术的图形显示技术,设计了其显示流程,并对主要功能函数进行了设计。6)设计了服务平台的主要页面,完成了系统数据库的分析和设计。本系统研究拓展了快速成形制造加工中心的服务能力,实现了快速响应市场和降低制造成本的双重目标,为进一步的网络制造服务奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Rapid Prototyping(RP) Technology is an important breakthrough in manufacturing technology for twenty years. The influence of Rapid Prototyping technology is equal in value to the emergence of NC technology. As the RP system integrates the mechanical technology、CAD、NC、layer engineering and material science ,etc, we can accurately transform our model in mind into a real prototype or directly produce component part or dies. So that, the research period of products will be sharply shortened. The combination of RP and Web technology will promote the development and spreading in RP technology and shorten manufacturing period. In this article ,we study the remote RP service system based on Web around a RP manufacturing center.The dissertation put emphasis on the key technique of implementation about remote RP service system based on Web. The main contents include:1) Through studying the service function of the remote RP manufacturing center platform, The whole integrated frame is set up and respective functional modules are designed, three-layer browser/server model is promoted and realized.2) Studied the key software for Web service such as ASP、COM、ActiveX technology and database system, analyzed their work method and development technology.3) According to the evaluating indicator of RP process, put forward a multi-attributes evaluation system process selection algorithm. On the Windows operating system and IIS platform, the remote inquiry service of the RP machining parameters has been realized. by using ASP、ADO and SQL technology.4) Studied the STL file form and defects, established the topologic information among point、line and facet, designed a algorithm for repairing the STL file defects.5) Discussed watching the STL three dimensional model on the Web by using openGl and ActiveX control technology, designed the main function of the program.6) Analyzed and designed the system database, accomplished the database structure, constructed the RP service platform, realized some functions of the system.
