200MHz手持式示波表数字系统与电源模块的设计

【摘要】 数字存储示波器作为通用时域测试仪器,被广泛的应用于各个领域。手持式示波表不但秉承了数字存储示波器的所有测量功能和技术性能,并具有数字万用表测量功能,体积小、重量轻、功耗低、内置电池,特别适合于野外、机动等使用场合。本文结合200MHz手持式示波表项目的开发,围绕其数字系统的设计与实现展开研究,重点讨论了示波表的总体方案,数据采集系统电路,以及电源模块的设计。具体内容包括:1、数据采集系统的设计。数据采集系统是示波表的核心部分,本系统是基于DSP+FPGA结构,采用实时和随机两种取样技术,实现10GSPS最高等效采样率,200MHz带宽的示波表。本文讨论了脉宽触发电路和触发释抑电路的实现,采用Verilog HDL在FPGA中实现了一种峰值检测模块,提高了示波表的毛刺捕捉能力,设计的波形记录(RECORDER)功能模块能够对输入的模拟信号进行长时间连续不断的采样量化,并记录波形数据和及时送显示。2、万用表(DMM)功能模块的设计与实现。在示波表有限的空间内集成了3 3/4位数字万用表功能模块,能够实现对交直流电压、电流、电阻、二极管的测量,扩展了示波表的多用途功能,方便了用户现场使用。3、电源模块的设计与实现。主要从整机低功耗的角度出发,设计了高效率、小体积、多路电压输出的电源模块,并实现了软件控制关机,讨论了减少电源与主机板系统相互干扰的措施及方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a common test instrument in time domain, Digital Storage Oscilloscope has been widely used in various fields. Besides all the functions and the advantages that the Digital Storage Oscilloscope possesses, ScopeMeter have the functions of Digital Multi-Meter. Due to the features of small volume, little weight, low power consumption and built-in battery, ScopeMeter is especially fit for the field environment, no-power system, mobile occasion.Based on the project“200MHz Handheld ScopeMeter”, this dissertation focuses on the design of digital system,discusses the whole scheme of ScopeMeter, the circuit of data acquisition system in detail, and the design of power module.The main attributions of this dissertation include:1. The design of data acquisition system. It is the core of Digital Storage ScopeMeter. Based on the DSP+FPGA structure, the ScopeMeter with the equivalent sampling frequency of 10 GSPS, bandwidth of 200 MHZ is developed by adopting real-time sampling and random sampling. The pulse width trigger circuit, trigger delay circuit are discussed. And a new kind of peak detection module which is implemented by Verilog HDL in FPGA and greatly enhances the performance of catching glitch is discussed in the dissertation. The waveform recorder function accomplished in the ScopeMeter can test, monitor slow analog signals and record the characteristic value of signals continuously for a long time.2. The accomplishment of Digital Multi-Meter(DMM) module. Multi-Meter integrated in ScopeMeter can implement the measure of voltage, current, resistance, and diode.
