市政地下管线管理系统的设计与原型实现

【摘要】 随着城市建设的不断推进和相关企业的快速发展,对地下管网进行科学有效管理的要求与目前落后的管理手段之间的矛盾日益突出。根据地下管网相关行业的现状和特点来看,引入地理信息系统(GIS)将从根本上解决这个矛盾。城市地下管网地理信息系统是构建在计算机的软硬件平台上,将文字信息与图形描述结合起来,实现了空间地理数据和相关属性数据的共同检索和相关查询的综合系统,改变了过去手工管理的模式,可以实现管理的科学化和自动化。整个系统针对地下管网各个行业的特性,采用客户断/服务器模式,通过建立后台数据库存储相关属性数据和搭建前台人机图形交互界面实现基本的地图功能和相关数据的管理功能,最终实现帮助用户对相关信息进行可视化管理的目的。本文着重研究了后台数据库结构的设计和前台人机交互界面的实现所涉及的一些问题和技术,并总结一些工程实践中的经验,同时对于在模型中使用到的客户/服务器模式等技术也作了相应的介绍。最后,本文讨论了Web-GIS的实现技术及其特点,并对其在地下管网系统中的应用前景作了展望。随着科学技术的不断发展,GIS系统必将深入到更广阔的领域,进一步推动对社会经济的发展。

【Abstract】 With the continuously expanding of the city and the rapidly developing of the municipal enterprises, the contradiction between the demand for scientific and efficient management of underground pipelines and the backward managing means at present is coming into focus. According to the current conditions and features of industries concerning underground pipelines, the application of Geography Information System (GIS) in this field will solve the problem thoroughly. The City Underground Pipelines GIS is a multi-functional computer system, which is able to make the search of geographic data and relative attributes together in addition to serving as enquiry system by presenting the information both in character and graphic simultaneously. This system changes manual model that was used widely before and realizes the scientific and automated .Aiming at the specific features of enterprises in this field this system adopted the Client/Server mode to realize users visual management attribute by constructing background database to store relative attribute data and building foreground graphic interface which interactive between users and computers to realizing the function mapping and managing data. This paper emphasized on the problems and technologies concerning the design of the background database construction and the realization of the foreground interactive interface. It also summarized some experiences in the engineering practices, as well as introduced the Client/Server mode used in the module.In the end, this paper discussed the technology of realizing WebGIS and characters of it, and predicted the prospect of application of this technology to the system of underground pipelines. With the continuous development of science and technology; GIS will be applied in more fields of economic and social life and accelerate the development of the society and economy.
